Today I discuss two of my favorite qualities in life, curiosity, and play. 

I share one of my most memorable and beautiful s*xual moments in life. One of the first times I really brought that element into the bedroom with, we shall call him, Mr. X, and I speak to how transformative it was. 

I cover the wounded masculine and how that has impacted our views on curiosity and ways we can shift the behavior to be in our favor, I also discuss how Masculine and Feminine Energies play into curiosity and play, and share some common misconceptions around passion and polarity.

I align these cycles of life to the different cycles and processes in nature, as well as how these cycles align with masculine and feminine energies, and how our current patriarchal society has impacted our view of time and cycles. 

I share specific examples of how the seasons of life, as well as cycles of death and rebirth, can take effect in our lives, as well as provide activities you can focus on in each cycle that will help make the most of that season and cycle in your life.

Additionally, I illuminate how this plays into a woman’s menstrual cycle, for the folks listening without yoni's, don’t worry, you will still gain an understanding of how cycles and seasons impact your life and how you can align with them for greater fulfillment and easeful flow with life.

Lastly, I provide prompts for reflection to identify what cycle you are in if you’re not sure, as well as prompts for thought around resistance towards specific cycles, and how you can transition more easily to the next step.

I've always been a curious person. Ever since I was a little girl. The most used word in my vocabulary was "why".  And currently, it's gotten me to have some pretty profound realizations in my life.

Today on Divine Union, I talk all about triggers and the mirrors and medicine within them. They have such potential to transform our way of being. To fuel our fire to create beautiful things in the world, to have a greater depth of compassion, or empathy, to deepen into a greater knowing of our purpose, or in deeper trust with the universe. 

I discuss the ego and the wound of not feeling seen. I provide a 5-step process you can use in times of trigger, as well as tools for communicating effectively when experiencing a trigger, or should you be on the receiving end of a triggered reaction from another.

I share vulnerably about a personally triggering experience involving the new book I am writing (more to come in due time), how I navigated it, and what transformative mirrors and lessons came from that experience. This is a deeply personal episode, and I can’t wait to hear what you think.

Today I discuss The Wild Woman archetype.

The Wild Woman represents a balance of masculine and feminine energy. And I use this framework for which to unpack why she is so magnetic.

Many don’t fully understand how essential the balance and embodiment of these energies is, to achieving true Wild Woman magnetism, so they end up just doing activities to try to connect to her, yet aren’t able to fully embody her because they haven't yet learned how to cultivate and balance their Masculine and Feminine Energies.
