I provide examples of how shadows can manifest to deepen your understanding of the topic and share some interesting bodies of work that illuminate other aspects of the shadow.  To finish, I provide some valuable tools you can use if you want to work with your shadows and transform them for greater aliveness and turn on.

Today I discuss two of my favorite qualities in life, curiosity, and play. 

I share one of my most memorable and beautiful s*xual moments in life. One of the first times I really brought that element into the bedroom with, we shall call him, Mr. X, and I speak to how transformative it was.

Today I discuss how our lives go in cycles in all areas of life: career, creativity, relationship, sexual desire, bodily processes, and many more. I align these cycles of life to the different cycles and processes in nature, as well as how these cycles align with masculine and feminine energies, and how our current patriarchal society has impacted our view of time and cycles. 

I share specific examples of how the seasons of life, as well as cycles of death and rebirth, can take effect in our lives, as well as provide activities you can focus on in each cycle that will help make the most of that season and cycle in your life.

Additionally, I illuminate how this plays into a woman’s menstrual cycle, for the folks listening without yoni's, don’t worry, you will still gain an understanding of how cycles and seasons impact your life and how you can align with them for greater fulfillment and easeful flow with life.

Lastly, I provide prompts for reflection to identify what cycle you are in if you’re not sure, as well as prompts for thought around resistance towards specific cycles, and how you can transition more easily to the next step.
