Loneliness hits different after divorce—especially for dads. In this episode, we’re digging into the quiet struggle so many divorced fathers face: the ache of isolation, disconnection, and feeling like no one truly gets it. I’m sharing my own journey with loneliness, why it’s so common (yet rarely talked about), and how to start building real connection again—from friendships to fatherhood and everything in between.

In this episode, I talk about the inevitable confidence crash that happens after a divorce. The confidence and the self-esteem goes way down if not a way completely after that break up and those infamous words “I want a divorce.”

There are many things that we can do to get that self-confidence and self-esteem back, but it’s a journey, not an overnight thing.

The best thing we can do for ourselves during a divorce, and after, is to take care of ourselves. If we focus on becoming the best version of ourselves that we can, then that will bleed over into our relationships with our kids, with work, and with anyone else that we come in contact with, including our ex.
