UK Garage like pinot noir is deep, dark, full bodied, and likely to give you a banging headache the next day. This was similar to the headache I had the morning of this show with a savage hangover after a night out on the red wine.

Honestly, this has got to be one of the most disappointing shows I've done for a while. My advice is to take it with a pinch of salt. I was off my game. And I apologise for that.

Absolute fire of a show for you this week if I do say so myself. Was hype after watching the amazing opening ceremony of the 2012 London Olympic Games. Have to say I was blown away, and took some of that inspiration to the decks with me.

What's crackalacking people? I used to work with a guy from The Bronx who used to say that to me every day. He must have felt clever calling me a cracker on the sly daily like I didn't know. We got on well so I let it slide. And I still imitate him to this day. So there's that.

Anyway, this week I ducked out of Sub.FM duties but didn't want to let you down, so I still recorded a little rinse out for you. For some reason I decided to start recording at 11pm like a derksplash. On a related note, my Monday in the office will be tired and painful now. So I hope you're happy.
