Rebranding is an insane business strategy from personal branding to tips and tricks that make a logo or style brandable and can carry a high cost. We took the challenge head on going from a name brand to more of a three-letter abbreviation type brand that is powerful and short. The team loved it and it kept the agency or studio from falling into the brand-ability black hole doom loop of a lost audience and fan base.

Had I known that these books would a 1000 X my business, I would have read them a long time ago. Self-improvement books can be misleading without any data but these books provide hours and hours of research done for you and summarized. 

Honestly, it sounds extreme, but you've got to read these before you die.  Otherwise, You will have the worst FOMO imaginable.

One of the biggest Achilles heels to businesses is believing that you can come up with the next big idea to strike it rich and breakthrough! Good to great debunks this myth with proof this is the downfall of many businesses who get caught in this trap.  

The most scalable successful businesses have disciplined thought, with disciplined action and disciplined leadership to execute the same successful concepts over and over instead of trying to reinvent the wheel.

Marketing to Mindstates provides sales psychology and proven surveying that allows for accurate product placement services and execution. Get different changes the game on what is effective marketing for business scale.

Profit First is a brilliant book that secures your profitability while creating thresholds for savings employee payment expenses and bank management with your finances. Most business owners pay themselves lost and that is why they are unsuccessful. When your business doesn't reward you then that is a big red flag. Why in the world did you start your business anyway?

Finally not to go over each one I would just recommend reading these books. Then take into account the summaries focus on the larger important take-home points and implement it one book at a time. When you read too many books at once you begin to mix the principles up in your brain or at least I do. I always believe that a 1% to 5% improvement every month is going to get you where you need to be in 5 years (this is a simple truth that leads to 60% - 300% growth).

The only thing we ask for the value we bring and the insights we share is to produce content for your delicious consumption is please, please drop a comment of any books that you think have changed your business or the way you've conducted entrepreneurship.

On this DJM show episode — We discuss getting back a terminated youtube channel and a quick summary on how to navigate this. We got suspended a month ago and 9 appeals later as well as some other techniques. Its more than just filling out the YouTube termination form and focusing on account recovery can be a challenge on its own.

The largest lesson learned is to backup your content and make sure to respect the platforms you are on and the powers held by them realize that there is a bigger pie and sometimes false flagging or triggers to the algorithm can happen. The apocalypse 2019 can still be felt to this day. Recovered brand accounts by trusted flaggers can be a brutal process to go through. My goal is that this wouldn't happen even to my worst enemy.

So the craziest thing has happened and we have appealed twice only to receive an automated response without any humans and we honestly need a moderator's support to review the channel to get it reinstated.

We have done our utmost best to figure out what's going on and how this happened. We have a couple of theories as to what took place to get our account terminated. Our followers have sent videos to help vouch our case on YouTube as a channel.

Firstly we believe after an employee did a Fiverr gig for us they mentioned they are coming after us as a threat as the work wasn't complete we have proof here that they claimed we were bulling them. They may have flagged our account with potentially multiple fake accounts. As of now, we have had lawyers send them a cease and desist.

Secondly, we have considered all the community guidelines and we can't imaging we broke any of them we did highlight any that could have been misrepresented or mistakenly taken our channel down. We are very respectful to the YouTube platform. YouTube only Stated that we caused harassment, threatening or bullying content.

Here are the notes on that and what may have triggered the takedown mistakenly.

2. Thumbnails policy

RESPONSE: We have thumbnails designed like other channels that feature memes but by no means violent content or vulgar language. We have a personal improvement coach come on the show and talk about Who the F are you. On the thumbnail, it is just the letter F and the author came up with the idea. We would always rectify things like this if we got a warning but we didn't. We would be happy to make any adjustments needed to be compliant.

The second thumbnail I think could be questioned is the Great resignation video where it shows Micheal Scott from the office saying you can't quit you're fired. Which is humors and funny seeing as that is a comedy show its meant to be taken lightly.

Please take time to assist us on this journey to recovery and help make sure this doesn't happen unfairly to hard working creators who pour their whole hearts into keeping audiences engaged.
