Karamjit first tackled the issue in an industry Roundtable in 2004, wrote about it again in 2006 and in December 2010. Asohan has written about this since before 2000. Tackling the issue yet again has made both him and Karamjit feel like one of those lab rats, running through a maze, you always end up at where you started.
