Just When you think it can’t get any worse for the Ferraris they go and have another double DNF. Hamiltons Penalty giving the young guns an opportunity to shine and THEY DID! An outstanding performance from the on form man Gasly showing Red Bull exactly how to do it, but also maybe the mistake they made in replacing him so quickly and Sainz was maybe a lap away from a maiden win.

Will the FIA look at this as proof that a reverse grid is the way forward in some way shape or form this result will give the press and in turn the publicity that they feel Formula 1 is missing out on, but in no way did engine modes play a role in the results.

A Bad day at the office for the Ferraris and engine performance hindering them Vettel in p17 and Leclerc p13, however with the Renaults not showing the performance from a week ago we now have racing point back with a p3 for Sainz and a mixed bag top 10 with the Red Bull boys struggling with Max in p5 and Albon p9 but we will see how it plays out in race trim. It Promises to be a war in that mid field/ top 10.
