An outstanding qualifying from Hamilton again goes to show how he builds in to a weekend, Bottas must be thinking what does he have to do to get the upper hand against him.Another strong qualifying from Leclerc but another Disappointment for the outgoing Vettel. Lets hope the switch to Aston Martin will fix his issues on track. Mclaren going well being the only other team to get both cars in to Q3 along with Red Bull and the Silver Arrows, but find themselves 7th and 8th.

We are looking forward to a race that will surely thrill every F1 fan for its layout and the challenge that it will pose for each and every driver on the grid come Sunday.

Welcome to Portugal and a track that has us all scratching our heads and saying why don’t we come here EVERY year. This track has character and offers up challenges that we don’t see at many tracks, drivers are calling it a rollercoaster and rightly so!

All change at Hass for the driver line up next year with Perez and THE HULK still being spoken about for about 5 different teams, we will have to wait to see who does not have a seat when the music stops.

An Outstanding race today it had all the drama and finally Hamilton takes his 91 win matching M Schumacher, by the time Hamilton retires will every record he has set ever be repeated/ broken. what about the rest of the field Bottas having momentum from his win in Russia looked like the man to beat however a MASSIVE lockup as Hamilton put pressure on him followed by a DNF put paid to any championship hopes let alone the win.

Renault finally got the podium place they have deserved for so long now and Riccardo is the man, is his move to McLaren looking foolish or will Lando and Danny Rick be the dream team in 2021?

Better weather today but still track temps down helping the Ferrari of Leclerc out perform his team mate by quite a bit. The return of THE HULK to replace the felled Lance Stroll with tummy upset. Out front the Merc’s lock the front row out but both the Red Bulls are now closer and hopefully they will be able to help each other and Max will have the wing man he has been missing for so long.

The midfield battle is all set up again! It’s where the real drama will be along with a low track temp expected (9 Deg C) we should have drama from the first lap.

Honda Pulling out of Formula 1 again! We discuss Red Bull’s possible ways out, how do they continue ? Back to Renault? or has that bridge been well and truly burnt. Use a new manufacturer maybe but probably not. Could Red Bull along with Hondas facilities and staff purchased for a reasonable fee, start to produce their very own power unit? Red Bull definitely don’t seem worried so what trick do they have up their sleeve.

Well we knew that the weather would play apart as we move in to the wet European weather! No snow yet but fog and low temperatures for the whole weekend. FP1 and FP2 canceled and with no running and the data 7 years old if teams still have it being of little or no use how will the weekend shape up.

After a great qualifying session yesterday we hoped for this race to deliver something but …. it failed miserably as formula 1 goes to tracks that are designed and reappropriated from old Olympic parks then shoe horn a track in to it, well this is the result! I’m sure as fans we would have loved to have seen two races at another track than the snooze fest that Sochi threw up.

Another Amazing race was had! Was it the circuit? Was it the lack of engine modes? What gives us great exciting races like today….. Red flags clearly 3 grid race starts, 10 laps in and only 4 corners of racing and then the golden opportunity for Williams to get some point on the board.

We discuss all the goings on at a very eventful Tuscan GP on a track that we can only hope that will be back again and again!

The track layout and what may be a lack of overtaking opportunity’s made qualifying SO important but again Hamilton Rises to the occasion, possibly a late yellow flag may have helped but realistically not.

Ferrari’s 1000th race brings with it a glimmer of hope with Leclerc in 5th out performing the Aston Martin bound Vettel in 14th. Again we are going to be treated to a 4-5 way battle with the midfield being the best thing about this season so far Racing Point still has the overall performance advantage so we are eager to see how they deal with a Ferrari in front of them both as the also have to contend with McLaren and Renault behind.

But what of our race winner from last week? well reality check Gasly down in 16th is not where he expected to be! Hopefully race pace will see I’m moving up the order.
