Thank you for dropping in for another installment of the DO BIG THINGS podcast. Today, I chat with Anita Ortiz. She has a storied career in ultramarathons and she has racked up enough wins AND injuries to last a couple of lifetimes. We chat about what it took for her to win WS100 as well as what her running and training looks like now at age 56. She's got the heart of a champion and I really enjoyed talking to her, I'm excited to bring this one to you guys.

Thank you for dropping by and checking out another episode of the DO BIG THINGS podcast. My guest today just ran the White Rim Road in Canyonlands National Park faster than any other woman, ever. She did it in 20 hours and 19 minutes! She not only went out there and lit it up but she was running with a purpose. Her father has Multiple Sclerosis, so she dedicated every 10 miles to someone with MS and saved the last 10 miles for her dad. How cool is that? If you'd like to donate to her cause, you can do so at msruntheus.org. Please check it out and donate what you feel inspired to do. This is a great cause and it would help Kaitlyn out on her mission.

Thank you for joining me for another episode of the DO BIG THINGS podcast. My guest today, Coach Ron Maver, is an ultramarathon runner and the founder and CEO of FMS (First Mile Sucks) Running. He recently ran his first hundred miler, the YETI 100. We chat about running and what it takes to be a run coach as well as starting a new business. I really enjoyed the conversation. Thank you for joining me for another episode of the DO BIG THINGS podcast. I'm pumped to bring you today's episode! Kyle Burgess aka The Cougar Guy was stalked for six minutes by a mountain lion trying to protect her cubs. He ended up getting the entire encounter on video and it has gone viral within the last few days. I was so stoked to chat with him and hear his version of the story. You can find Kyle on the Gram @kunkyle and you can find us @big.things.crewing or big-things-crewing.com. Life is short, DO BIG THINGS!
