Em and Liv have chosen 10 basic crystals including amethyst, black obsidian crystal, selenite crystal, aquamarine crystal, rose quartz crystal, citrine stone, clear quartz stone, fluorite stone, red jasper crystal, and labradorite crystal! They outline testing crystals, crystal energies, and some really cool crystal history. Em took these beginner crystals to test the question, “do crystals really work?” And boy oh boy these crystals for beginners really exemplified the healing properties of crystals! For Em, some of these healing crystals really helped soothe her chronic headaches. Learning about crystals is fun, especially when a psychic medium uses her metaphysical abilities to listen to each crystal’s energy and two best friends banter about the metaphysical power of stones!
