Ron spent the first part of his career working in a large hospice organization as a clinical social worker, manager and senior leader.  Now as a speaker, humorist and author of “Do It Well, Make It Fun”, his mission is to help organizations be more successful by combining excellence and fun. Ron will give those with Dementia and their care partners permission to find the fun and laughter within their caring roles.
