I was suffering really badly with food addiction but in the darkest forms of secret and binge eating. Food was very much the enemy and I hated myself for being so weak and helpless under its control over me. But it didn't have to be that way ,, for me or for you !

I love seeing people determined to change their life for the better. But let's be honest .. talk is cheap ! Old ways don't open new doors unfortunately. Change requires change in every way ... What we eat , how we move and how we THINK !!

When you started out you'd have given anything to be where you are today ! Never lose sight of that . It's easy to get disheartened or assume you're not as far down the road as you'd like to be . Learn to love your journey ,,, highs and lows !

Are the people around you just not on your side through the change process ? That's ok. It's their issue , but ,,, they need to stay in their Lane. They don't get to sabotage your amazing journey !
