I've fought some horrendous battles in secret. Being physically and mentally abused, binge eating and the battles I imposed upon myself. Thing is they weren't all necessary ! Some of our secret battles are pointless and avoidable. Let's talk about auditing your battles, eliminating those you don't even need to fight and getting help to fight those you do.

All too often we completely lose sight of what should be our number 1 priority , our Health. No matter what your goal or motivation you can't achieve anything without Health.

Mindset ... A powerful word that's often overused and undervalued. When the heads not right the journey will be short lived. Weightloss listeners this is critical !!!

When times got tough and I was really up against it, the promises I made saw me through. As much distance as I could manage from the old me was the priority and faith that better days lay ahead.

My weight loss success in those early days didn't please everyone. I had to dig deep and stay true to the promise I'd made myself. I just couldn't go back.

My jouney takes a turn in a whole new direction !! One I'll never regret. When the pupil is ready the teacher appears !!

So I've lost 5 stone in as many months and it's all falling into place. It's amazing, but not everyone is so pleased. Time to do some miles on the Lonely Road that would ultimately bring me to where I am today.

My story continues as I join the gym and see 5 stone off in as many months ! Until BANG .... I ran the risk of losing it all.
