My sister Michelle and I go into a dialogue of pleasure and pain and how it relates to Do The C.U.R.E. And we did it while sipping a wonderful Amber White Wine in a beautiful Riedel crystal wine glass. Unscripted, impromptu, intimate dialogue about the cycle of pain and pleasure and ideas and strategies of how to navigate or transcend your pain into pleasure.

Here I wonder through my experience of life bankruptcy in health, wealth, and loving relationships and have come out the other side - Life Abundance - The joy and feeling of abundant for life itself. I continue on with the theme from Episode 2 and am hoping the recording came out better. The intent is to reach you deeply enough to fuel the inspiration to take your health and wellbeing back. It is conceptual at this time because understanding the concepts is much more empowering than me just 'telling' you what to do. Concepts can spark you own knowing and creative ability.

In this episode we travel further down the disease, dysfunction and delusional programing that was and is installed within us. This episode I share insights as to what are you C.U.R.E.ing? If cancer is not a disease but the expression of the disease, what is the disease? This is conceptual and if you can understand the concept you can create your miracle. The disease in literal terms is cellular malfunction due to nutritional deficiencies and cellular excess or toxicity. Both giving rise to cellular inflammation and cellular miscommunication. Until we meet, keep your body tuned up and your soul tuned in.

Today I share my inspiration and earned wisdom through the pain and suffering of experiencing an aggressive type of cancer six times in a six year period bottoming out into life bankruptcy; loss of health, loss of identity, and love. The suffering was for not and the understanding has led to optimal health and wellbeing. The purpose of this episode is to shift and expand your perception and thinking regarding cancer, chronic disease, and love.
