It's been a transformative and enlightening to months that have led to my twenty-seventh birthday and what I think will be a truly incredible year. But, my intention for this year, is to slow down and be mindful with every step I take. In this episode, we're slowing down (you can literally hear the calmness in my voice) as we chat about what I think it means to be mindful. I'm touching on intention, expectations, and growth, plus how I intend on incorporating and maintaining those qualities in my life.
Have you asked yourself or the people you surround yourself with "What are our intentions with this relationships, what are the expectations?" More often than not, I'd bet the answer is no. But what if we took the time to educate ourselves about how to build meaningful relationships alongside continuing to put in the work to care for and empower ourselves. Imagine what our relationships would look like if we gave them a little bit of extra deep thought. My bet—they'll transform.
