She is listed as one of TimeOutNY's Best Trainers in NYC and has an extensive history in sports with a focus on competitive swimming. She transitioned into theatre & film with a passion for stunts and action sequences. With training from all angles her style is creative, functional and always tailored specifically to clients’ needs. She is heavily into the Ninja Warrior and Obstacle Course Race scene and placed in the top 15% in the OCR World Championships 2016. She believes with a foundation of full body strength and stability anyone can harness their inner superhero, unlocking new goals they didn’t know they had.

We discuss growing up in Toronto by a very conservative Christian home of a Pastor and Church Secretary and her transition into a Goth/Kid punk stage to her long-distance relationship turned marriage into divorce and now being one of the best personal trainers in NYC.

On this episode of Doc Talk’s, we talk with Dylan Palladino.

Dylan is a comedian and actor raised in LA and currently living in NYC. However, he likes to remind people he was born in Manhattan, so he really is a true New Yorker.

He can be seen performing stand-up around NYC as well at The Comedy Store and The West Side Comedy Club while back home in LA. He performs improv with his Indie team, "Brand Loyal" which formed after meeting in UCB's Advanced Study program.

We discuss how he is coping in the comedic scene with COVID, his compassion and how that plays into romantic relationships.

While being raised in a conservative Christian home and how his parents reacted to his coming out. We discuss the meaning of “dead names” and how to help your friends and family transition to your gender. His transition is an amazing story of grace, love and hope.

In this weeks episode of Doc Talks we sit down with Logan Hunter. 

Logan is a Captain in the U.S. Army. Durring his time in the military, he has spent time in locations overseas, Missouri, Texas, and South Carolina. Recently he began his journey with mental health and discovered that happiness is best shared with others. 

We talk about his time in the military, past and current relationships and the PTSD and depression that he copes with as a result.

As a mental health advocate he is always doing the best he can to assist others in finding their own true happiness through their individual mental health journey.

Maddy Smith is a NYC-based stand up comedian, writer, and castmember on season 14 & 15 of MTV/VH1’s Wild N Out and MTV’s digital series Smash or Dash. In 2019, Maddy was named a Comic to Watch for the New York Comedy Festival. Maddy is a regular at the clubs in New York City and has featured for Chris Redd, Jared Freid, Corinne Fisher, and Dan St. Germaine.

We talk about her growing up in an ever evolving home where her mom insists on “keeping up with the Jones’”, going to a college that wasn’t ideal and working in food justice. 

A very interesting episode, to say the least!

Casey is an actor, comedian and writer who lives in New York originally from Vermont. A co-host of “The Good, The Dad & The Ugly” on the Be Frank Network he is known for Casey Tries His Best (2018), Dollar Store Therapist (2018) and Season in 60 Seconds (2016). He has multiple  specials on Comedy Central. 

We discuss Casey’s life from a childhood with an somewhat absent mother with a father imprisoned, to a pituitary gland issue that kept him prepubescent into his early 20’s.

Doc Brian sits down with comedian Stewart Fullerton, former Arkansansan, that’s where Doc Brian is from. She is a New York City-based comedian, actress, podcaster and (more importantly) an amazing waitress/receptionist. She is originally from Little Rock, Arkansas. Stewart moved to New York in 2015 to pursue acting, but realized quickly,  according to her stand up, “that I’m just a much better waitress.”

We have a conversation about the struggle growing up with a mother who suffers from bi-polar disorder and losing her father at the age of fourteen. Also, how to manage a parent with a mental health disorder, how to have successful relationships after being raised by someone with an unmanaged diagnosis.

Stewart hosts and produces her new weekly podcast “Staying Humble With Stew” where she has the opportunity to roast celebrities before she gets too famous to do so.
