This is why you don't return to the scene of the crime. 47-year-old Alice Henry was arrested in Winter Haven, Florida after offering to sell a ring she (supposedly) found while using a metal detector on the beach. The store she walked into took a good look at the suspiciously clean ring and realized it was same one stolen from their store 3 months earlier. Alice was arrested, and probably still wondering where she went wrong.

It was not a good day for 25-year-old Austin Westgate. Cops were after him after responding to a burglary call and he somehow landed his getaway truck on TOP of a police cruiser. After a brief foot chase, including the K9 unit, authorities got close enough to tase him. There were a LOT of charges added to Austin's previous list of infractions. 3 men are facing charges in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada after getting busted for drug-trafficking. One piece of evidence cops found proved to be very helpful. Then men had written their own instruction manual, a "How-To" instruction manual for their operation, including a section on how to avoid getting caught by police. It must have still been the rough draft.

Some kids never grow up. A 41-year-old child of wealthy parents took them to court and wanted the judge to tell them they needed to support him financially. This despite the fact that he has a degree in History, a Masters Degree in taxation, and he's a licensed solicitor (lawyer). Not only did the judge say "no" but it was decided that Jr. has to cover his parents' legal fees to the tune of $74,000. Dang.

Not really sure which side won, but 2 cousins in Florida got in a heated discussion over which type of milk was better. One liked whole milk, the other was a fan of almond milk. Seems like a silly thing to fight about, or punch somebody over, or cut somebody with a pocket knife about...but it all happened and now Justin Garcia's in jail.

24-year old Mike Gielen must be in love. His idea was to break his wife out of prison by hijacking a helicopter and having it land inside the prison walls, then she'd hop in and off they'd go. It all went so horribly wrong.

When you really need to be somewhere, say "to get on a flight with alien diplomats," you do what's necessary. That's why Bryce Jerald Dixon stole a truck from the 7 Eleven parking lot. He changed his mind and brought the truck back, but the police had already been called. Bryce was not able to make it to the alien rendezvous.

Mount Pleasant, MI: An unidentified (& likely intoxicated) 38-year-old St. Louis man was arrested last Tuesday after relieving himself in front of the Mount Pleasant Bennigan’s. While being taken into custody he was asked if he had any weapons. He did not but clarified that, with his prior military special forces training, HE IS a weapon.

He was arrested, no one was injured.

Winter Have, FL: A man stuck at McDonald's without a ride called 911 repeatedly, hoping they'd give him a lift home. When that didn't work he upped the ante by reporting a dead body. That got the attention of law enforcement and they finally did give him a ride . . . to the County Jail.

St. Paul, MN: A 21-year-old college student pled guilty to calling in fake bomb threats at the University of St. Thomas. He thought it was actually better than just doing the homework assignments, Federal Agents disagreed.
