Acclaimed author Kimmery Martin joins Sheri to talk about her new book, Doctors and Friends. The story of three women, friends since medical school, are turned upside down when a contagious virus sweeps the world. Written before the covid-19 pandemic, the story has eerie parallels to reality - and a cast of characters that will make you laugh, cry, and be so thankful for the true friends in your own life. Kimmery also talks about her own experience with covid, and the nightmare side effect of the virus that still stalks her more than a year later. This is a story about love and loyalty and hope. The book comes out on November 9, 2021.
