It’s Mailbag Friday! Should pastors address this issue every Sunday?

It’s Mailbag Friday!
• I try to talk to my parents, but they insist on treating me like a small child and micromanage my life. I try to communicate, but my mom often yells about everything, which makes me angry and yell back. I work hard to get along with them and honor them, but I always end up losing my temper. What should I do?
• I heard a short clip where you warned against pastors using AI to write sermons, which I agree with. However, I’d like to hear your thoughts on using AI as a glorified thesaurus or wordsmith. For instance, different Bible translations use varying terms for ‘propitiation,’ like ‘atoning sacrifice.’ Do you see any issues with asking AI to provide alternative phrases to articulate these concepts?
• I was wondering if not including the gospel in every sermon would mean a preacher is not being orthodox. Is it necessary to share the gospel in every sermon to adhere to orthodox teaching?
• When churchgoers are chronically late, should pastors address this issue, even if it might offend some members and risk them not returning to church? What’s your take on addressing punctuality in church settings?
