In this week's Shift the Field TV episode, I demonstrate how to use a transformational tool (my favorite!) to discern when to use an intuitive reader and when not to.

This tool makes it easy to see the connection between commitment, the ability to receive valuable insights from an intuitive source, and how to integrate the information you receive.

This video was inspired by a conversation I had with a friend/colleague about a recent, intuitive reading they had just had. They were picking and choosing what wisdom and insights they would accept as truth and others they discounted.

While you should always tune in to yourself about any information you receive, I recommend people ask themselves a few questions before considering an intuitive reading as supplemental information.

First, are you committed to receiving the truth, whatever that may be? I noticed my friend was receiving her truth without commitment. The best time to receive a reading is when you are FULLY COMMITTED.

Next, do you have support for when you see the truth? Who will be with you for the rest of your journey (after the reading) to integrate the information?
