In this solo episode, I chat a bit about my mental health struggles in the last several days. In light of it being Mental Health Awareness Month, I share how getting out of my own way has been a huge part of my day to day as of late. And the kinds of things I've done to navigate that.

Again, I share these things from my own perspective, simply to help others that are stuggling to not feel so isolated & alone in their experiences. The more we can talk about these things the more we can normalize it.
