This is a special one - I'm sharing 5 relationship tools that my guests have shared with me in some of my favorite episodes. These are tools that have been instrumental in my own relationship.
Take this as your toolkit to having a deeper relationship, better partnership, better intimacy, and better communication with your partner. The guests sharing these tools are some of the best coaches, therapists, researchers, and real-life couples figuring it out.
Each relationship tool is helpful and profound all while being digestible and applicable for you or you and your partner, or any relationship that you want to apply these to.

Let's bring kink to the mainstream. We all have desires and passions and when you learn your erotic blueprint - you develop a language so you can speak to yours.
Kayce Neill is a conscious kink expert, an Erotic Blueprint coach, and a trauma and somatic therapist.
Several months ago my husband and I went to a BDSM retreat. This was something totally new and totally out of our comfort zone - and we were so glad we went. Kayce was one of the facilitators alongside Kimi Inch and together they run Eros and Kink.
I encourage you to listen to this conversation with an open mind and an open heart. I hope that it brings clarity to you as a person and to your relationship.

I had COVID-19. Here's what happened...
In this episode, I'm joined by my husband, Austin, and we share our experiences with having COVID. Over a month ago we both tested positive and we talk about how we got it, what our symptoms were like, what the arc of illness was like for us.
We're also going to share what we did in terms of action and supplementation and the treatment plan that we followed. Lastly, we'll talk about recovery and how we feel now, post-COVID.
It is important to note that this is just our story. We know there are very many different experiences in the realm of this disease. Nothing shared in this episode is medical advice, I always want you to check with your provider for what is right for you.
As always, thank you for listening and enjoy!
