This is something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately and I know some of you have too so I want to unpack what makes us so scared of getting older, dealing with our loved ones getting older, and so much more. Remember that it’s okay to fear the unknown, it’s okay to not want to age, and it’s okay to not even want to talk about such a topic. However, I also want to remind you that even though you are getting older every day, you are blessed to still be here.
