In 2011 he retired from the National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA) after twenty seven years service to the school, and in the process trained some of the most prominent and emerging actors in the industry today. Rowan Chapman, the creator of the website has spent 4 years interviewing the best Australia has to offer in the entertainment industry in order to develop key points to help actors navigate the industry as well as the mental health and wellbeing aspects that go hand in hand with the job.
