Tune in this week as we discuss HOT ( Humble, Open and Transparent) how music can create, set a mood, heal a relationship, and connect you back to your true self. Words have LIFE and we have the power to change an environment, circumstance, uplift our spirits and shift a mindset simply through our words.

How many times do you have a wonderful day with your family, your spouse, your kids and You say, YES, this is what I need to do "exactly" next time! We discuss that life is not a cookie cutter and each day we need to approach our relationships, marriage, raising our kids as a new experience. We ask the Holy Spirit to guide us with each decision and extend grace to ourselves and one another.  

What do you ask God to take away, purge or teach you?  Does He just beam the breakthrough or does he.....We share some of our techniques that we have with both our children and with each other.  Do you stay a student while letting God work on your soul? 

This week we are back after a 4 month break !! We deep dive into how it looks to discover the beautiful parts of your spouse as they lean into their own past pain and ultimately embrace those "ugly" parts that we would like to keep covered and hidden. By becoming vulnerable, sensitive and available to the nudges of God's still small voice, we find peace and reassurance knowing "HERE IS HOLY".

We discuss how we celebrated our anniversary and focused on giving each other our flowers.  We also share some insights on what we have learned together in this journey of life. 

In this episode, The Queen is back. After serving others across the world, yes she is back.  We share that reconnecting and reminiscing help our marriage our relationship stay strong.
