CD 1653 “Watch Your Watching”
Everybody has one or more types of vision. There is what you're “watching” in your soul realm, the mind. And if you're not impaired there is the physical vision. But If you are a Blood washed believer then you have access to 3 sources of vision with many subcategories. You have the ability of a spiritual vision, we could call it God’s creative vision! In this message let’s dive deeper to the extreme caution we need to apply to “what we are watching”!
To lay a foundation, let’s look at 2 extremes, open for our text in the great book of Genesis:
First the Lord God Almighty:
*Text Genesis 1:31 (KJV) And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
Secondly to Eve & Adam:
*Text Genesis 3:6-7 (KJV) And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. 7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.
Notice the contrast between “God’s vision” of creation as "very good" and “Eve's distorted vision” that led to the Fall is especially sorrowful. These verses really highlight the importance of being mindful of what we're "watching" with our spirit, soul and body! We must make sure that we're aligned with God's perspective rather than being deceived by our own desires or the lies of the enemy.
After Adam let the serpent in the Garden, he started changing Eve’s “vision - the woman saw” from what God saw: “”it was very good!
Say “Attitude” - my “Attitude” is critical to my “vision”! Our “attitude” plays a huge role in our ““vision”” and thus our satisfaction with life. When we cultivate an “attitude” of gratitude, it helps us focus on the positive aspects of our lives, rather than dwelling on the negative. This can protect us from becoming easily dissatisfied or discouraged.
But if we are not appreciative, we tend to take things for granted and focus on what we lack rather than what we have. This is what is happening in our world today causing a sense of entitlement and a never-ending pursuit of more! This lifestyle can leave us feeling empty and unfulfilled! Adam and Eve had everything at their disposal but the “tree of knowledge of good and evil” and yet it was NOT enough! The devil deceives us into thinking something “different” is just what we want, and must have now!
Notice what God’s Word to us instructs:
*Read 1 Thessalonians 5:18-19) (KJV) In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. 19 Quench not the Spirit.
*Read Philippians 4:8 (KJV) Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
When we follow God’s Word and cultivate this kind of attitude we can experience true joy and satisfaction, regardless of our circumstances. Do you realize that God gave us Jesus and through Him we can receive freely all things:
*Read Romans 8:32 (KJV) He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also

In this uncertain world we all need something solid to base our lives upon! We must know the promises of the Bible in order to have a vision, a Bible hope for something better in the worst of times! Let the lies be seen for what they are and the spirit of fear behind them! As a Blood bought child of God you have fruit in your DNA, in your destiny!
*Text: Psalms 1:1-3 (KJV)
John 15:1-3,7-8 KJVS
I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. [2] Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. [3] Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. [7] If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. [8] Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.
*See Matthew 21:1,17-22 KJVS
And when they drew nigh unto Jerusalem, and were come to Bethphage, unto the mount of Olives, then sent Jesus two disciples, [17] And he left them, and went out of the city into Bethany; and he lodged there. [18] Now in the morning as he returned into the city, he hungered. [19] And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever. And presently the fig tree withered away. [20] And when the disciples saw it, they marvelled, saying, How soon is the fig tree withered away! [21] Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done. [22] And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.

CD 1641 Discipleship Series (Dare to Be or to Make Disciples)
Week #5 - “Fully COMMITTED ”
July 28, 2024
We are on the 5th week of our series on discipleship. A disciple of Jesus is a person who follows and learns from Jesus, seeking to model their life after His teachings and example of life. The word "disciple" (Greek: μαθητής, mathetes) means "learner" or "student"- to become disciplined by Jesus’ example!
Jesus’ disciples were those who left their previous lives behind to go in His name, all the while listening to His teachings, and helping to spread His message. Today, we are His disciples by studying His teachings, following His example, and sharing His gospel with others. Basically to be a disciple of Jesus means to make Him the center of your life and strive to live according to His will, even when it’s not easy or even popular.
With that being said, let's remind ourselves what Jesus taught us to do just before He ascended! Last Words are very important, so let’s see the Heart of the Master:
*Series Text: Matthew 28:18-20 (KJV) And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations (to make disciples), baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Ok, that is enough of the review, let’s read this morning's text please.
*Luke 23:46 (KJV) And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I COMMEND (COMMITTED) my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost.
*See *Hebrews 10:18-20 (KJV)
Jesus is “Fully COMMITTED” to you, no worries, now let's rest in that truth and be “Fully COMMITTED” to Him!
Keep this question in your mind this morning: “What does it mean to be a follower of Jesus - a disciple?” We must understand that we live in a culture of instant gratification and comfort! In this lifetime in this world everyone has to make choices and become “Fully COMMITTED”! Those decisions always cost you something. For Instance, you can make more money by working harder and longer hours but at the expense of family time or personal time! In our walk with the Lord we must understand it requires the same dedication! With that being said we need to help each person understand they must learn to be “Fully COMMITTED”! The costs of following Jesus are highlighted in 3 areas. Today please consider: FORTRESS, FAMILY, FEARS:
*Today’s Text: Matthew 8:1 & 19-27 (KJV) When he was come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed him. 19And a certain scribe came, and said unto him, Master, I will follow thee whithersoever thou goest. 20 And Jesus saith unto him, The foxes have holes, and the birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head. 21 And another of his disciples said unto him, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father. 22 But Jesus said unto him, Follow me; and let the dead bury their dead. 23 And when he was entered into a ship, his disciples followed him. 24 And, behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea, insomuch that the ship was covered with the waves: but he was asleep. 25 And his disciples came to him, and awoke him, saying, Lord, save us: we perish. 26 And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye o

CD 1648 Singing the Song of Surrender
7-7-24 P.M. Service
(Can you See the Victory before the Battle?)
There is a song in and by the Holy Spirit in our spirit that we can sing that changes the devil's devices to God's praise! When we surrender to that Holy Spirit inspired truth the enemy in our lives is surrendered up! Then our God does a new thing in our life because we came into agreement with Him in the spirit first! We are NOT talking about public service, we are speaking about our personal private devotions!
Food 4 Thought: Psalm 32:7 (KJV) Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me (From the Hebrew word “saw-bab’ - ”to revolve around - surround - to become my border) about with songs of deliverance. Selah.
Turn with me to Paul’s Epistle to the church at Ephesus please for our foundational text:
*Text: Ephesians 5:17-21 (KJV) Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is. [18] And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit; [19] Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord; [20] Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ; [21] Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.
From these precious verses we learn that its the Lord’s will for us to be continually filled - over and over with His Holy Spirit! The way they were filled on the Day of Pentecost had the evidence of speaking in tongues! In our private devotions we are to pray in the spirit and yes sing in the spirit building up ourselves in our most holy faith (Jude1:20). The devil’s goal is to steal, kill, and destroy our lives! When we learn how to worship the Lord in our spirits by the help of the Holy Spirit then we get a prophetic word - “songs of deliverance”! We are able to give thanks to the Lord in all things because we know He is working everything out for our good! Let’s turn to the book of Psalms please:
*Read Psalm 40:1-5 (KJV) I waited patiently for the Lord ; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry. [2] He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings. [3] And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the Lord. [4] Blessed is that man that maketh the Lord his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies. [5] Many, O Lord my God, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done, and thy thoughts which are to us-ward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered.
When we speak or sing by the Holy Spirit in our spirit it becomes a prophetic decree of the Lord’s will for our lives! The enemy desires us to keep giving him glory speaking about the trouble! He loves us to “make a song” about his evil work in our lives! Turn with me to the Prophet Isaiah please:
*Isaiah 42:5-10 (KJV) Thus saith God the Lord, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein: [6] I the Lord have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles; [7] To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit

CD 1649 A Prophetic Word for the Moment
Praying in the Holy Spirit
After praying in the spirit: Oh my child look and see what I am saying to you, will you - not can you - climb the mountain all the way to the top? Why would you settle to see from any other position? For I have My best for you, it's My heart's desire to open up my arms with My Best! Did I not give My life freely for you and for whosoever will?
*Deuteronomy 34:1 & 5 (KJV) And Moses went up from the plains of Moab unto the mountain of Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, that is over against Jericho. And the Lord shewed him all the land of Gilead, unto Dan,... 5 So Moses the servant of the Lord died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the Lord.
*Romans 8:32 (KJV) He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
Praise Me, Praise Me, Praise Me, did I not say praise Me for in your praise comes forth the ability to raise - raise - raise - RAISE yourself to new heights in Me! The enemy wants you to look and see smoke screens of lack and despair but that is NOT for you and My children!
*2 Chronicles 20:20-22 (KJV) And they rose early in the morning, and went forth into the wilderness of Tekoa: and as they went forth, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem; Believe in the Lord your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper. 21 And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the Lord, and that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the Lord; for his mercy endureth for ever. 22 And when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, which were come against Judah; and they were smitten.
*2 Chronicles 20:25-27 (KJV) And when Jehoshaphat and his people came to take away the spoil of them, they found among them in abundance both riches with the dead bodies, and precious jewels, which they stripped off for themselves, more than they could carry away: and they were three days in gathering of the spoil, it was so much. 26 And on the fourth day they assembled themselves in the valley of Berachah; for there they blessed the Lord: therefore the name of the same place was called, The valley of Berachah, unto this day. 27 Then they returned, every man of Judah and Jerusalem, and Jehoshaphat in the forefront of them, to go again to Jerusalem with joy; for the Lord had made them to rejoice over their enemies.
*Colossians 2:15 (KJV) And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
Loop, Yes I said loop! Do you not yet perceive nor understand that I am a God outside of time and I can put time inside a glass in a loop? All through My Word there were times when My children had to come back around and go through the glass loop of time! Yet through it all there was no doubt that My will would come to pass! Don’t fret nor be full of worry, all is well from before the foundation of the world! I declare My expected end from the beginning with no adjustments, for I make no mistakes! Why do so many of My children plan their lives and then make adjustments from the valley or from the side of the mountain rather than with Me in the highest point of truth! Remember I am the God with no shadow of turning and yet while on the east side of the mountain and the evening sun going down it looks dark but it's not! No, it's staying an

CD 1650 Walking in His Wonderful Will
Turn to the Old Testament, to Deuteronomy 30:19-20, here we can learn from the types and shadows that can help us understand God's will and character in the church age.
The idea of choosing between life and death, blessings and curses, is just as relevant today as it was in Old Testament times. In fact, the New Testament echoes this idea in several places, like when Jesus says that he came to give us life in abundance (John 10:10 & 14:6) or when Paul talks about the choice between living according to the flesh or according to the Spirit (Romans 8:5-8).
God's permissive will doesn't come with His full blessings. In 1 Samuel 8, God wanted to be the King of the Israelites, but they saw other nations with earthly kings and demanded one for themselves. They pleaded with Samuel, who then prayed to God. Even though it wasn't God's perfect will , He permitted them to have a king. However, problems arose, and they found themselves in constant warfare. The permissive will has consequences because, in our selfishness, we insist on having what we want instead of waiting for God's perfect will.
The devil wants to convince us - convince believers that it is very difficult to know the will of God. He paints a picture that you must be a very special person, only one of a chosen few! God created you with a destiny and to fulfill that destiny you must grow from His acceptable will, to good will, and finally the perfect “will of God”! Let’s remind ourselves of some great truth to prepare us - to put us into the position of faith for “Walking in His Wonderful Will”:
*Romans 8:29 (KJV) For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
*Mark 3:35 ((KJV) For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother.
Praise the Lord for what He did for us on Calvary! He is our “Elder Brother' at our new birth and that places us in the family ready to grow by sanctification into “the perfect will of God”, turn to the book of Romans please:
*Romans 12:1-3 (KJV) I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. 3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
Notice the Amplified Classic Version:
“Therefore I urge you, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies [dedicating all of yourselves, set apart] as a living sacrifice, holy and well-pleasing to God, which is your rational (logical, intelligent) act of worship. And do not be conformed to this world [any longer with its superficial values and customs], but be transformed and progressively changed [as you mature spiritually] by the renewing of your mind [focusing on godly values and ethical attitudes], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His plan and purpose for you].”
Notice in verse 1 we are told first things first! If you truly desire to grow into “Walking in His Wonderful Will” the flesh must be dealt with! We are given the opportunity to of

We are on the 3rd week of our series on discipleship.
Amen.
Ok, now that we have reminded ourselves of the series text, let’s read this morning's text please.
*Today’s Text: Revelation 3:19-22 (KJV) As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. 20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. 21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. 22 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
#1 CLEARED (forgiven)
*Read Romans 3:23 & 6:23 & 10:9-13 (KJV) For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; 23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. 12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. 13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Mankind had a problem - a sin problem and only a sinless Savior could intervene! The Gospel message is very clear. We were lost and undone but God loved us enough to send His Son to die for our sin so we could be forgiven and more! We could become born-again, having everlasting life in the family of God! Turn with me to the Epistle of 1 John chapter 1 please:
*1 John 1:9 (KJV) If WE confess our sins, HE is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Note “forgive” = to send away from us!
Note “cleanse” = to purge and purify
Q. Cleansed by how much?

CD 1647 “Having the Heart of the HEALER”
June 30, 2024 P.M. Service
When you know someone’s heart then you become very comfortable talking with them about certain things! If you know someone has done something to help you or someone else then you understand that is in their heart, it's a part of who they are and what they will do!
The first mention of the Lord's healing power is found in the beginning, the book of Genesis, when He answered Abraham's prayer and healed Abimelech's household. Abraham is the father of faith and we are now children of Abraham (Galatians 3:7), so we should expect to pray for those who need healing and God hears us!
*Read Genesis 20:17-18 (KJV) So Abraham prayed unto God: and God healed Abimelech, and his wife, and his maidservants; and they bare children. [18] For the Lord had fast closed up all the wombs of the house of Abimelech, because of Sarah Abraham's wife.
Many years later when Abraham's descendants became a nation, God promised to remove sickness from their midst if they served Him! They were servants, but we now are sons and daughters of the Most High God:
*Read Exodus 23:25 (KJV) And ye shall serve the Lord your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.
*Read 2 Corinthians 6:17-18 (KJV) Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing ; and I will receive you, [18] And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
Salvation is one thing of the spirit but then there is Healing! Healing can be physical or emotional! The Prophet Jeremiah addressed it:
*Jeremiah 17:14 (KJV) Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise.
Notice the “Heart of the HEALER”:
*Read Matthew 4:17-25 (KJV) From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. [18] And Jesus, walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers. [19] And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men. [20] And they straightway left their nets, and followed him. [21] And going on from thence, he saw other two brethren, James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in a ship with Zebedee their father, mending their nets; and he called them. [22] And they immediately left the ship and their father, and followed him. [23] And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people. [24] And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatick, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them. [25] And there followed him great multitudes of people from Galilee, and from Decapolis, and from Jerusalem, and from Judaea, and from beyond Jordan.
We are to have the “Heart of the HEALER” and follow in His footsteps, using His name:
*Read Luke 9:1-2 (KJV) Then he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases. [2] And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.
But it was not just the 12 disciples, He also sent 70 others representing us today:
*Read Luke 10:1,17 (KJV) After these thing
