Happy Father's Day 2024
CD 1641 Discipleship Series - Week #1 - A Date With Destiny
*Series Text: Matthew 28:11-20 (KJV) Now when they were going, behold, some of the watch came into the city, and shewed unto the chief priests all the things that were done. 12 And when they were assembled with the elders, and had taken counsel, they gave large money unto the soldiers, 13 Saying, Say ye, His disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept. 14 And if this come to the governor's ears, we will persuade him, and secure you. 15 So they took the money, and did as they were taught: and this saying is commonly reported among the Jews until this day. 16 Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them. 17 And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted. 18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations (to make disciple), baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
All through the Word of God we people's names are linked with their destiny! Only those who choose true Discipleship can access this hidden manna now (see Rev. 2:17 later in this study)! Everyone desires to be Cleared- forgiven but fewer desire to be Converted and even less will accept the correction of true Discipleship! We will cover, this thought and the previous those verses in more detail in this series, but today, let me ask you this question:
Q. What is "Destiny"? Today on Father's Day 2024 do you understand you have a Date with Your Daddy's Destiny?
A. “Destiny” is God's plan and purpose for your life. It is your appointed or ordained future. “Destiny” is God’s best for you to be and to become, in His divine will. But know and always remember “Destiny” is not by Chance, “Destiny” is a Choice. Each child of God has their very own spiritual destiny, it is unique to you. God’s “Destiny” is your only way to peace and complete fulfillment! If you don’t grow into your “Daddy’s Destiny“ you will suffer much and try many things to be able to live in peace! This series is vital for you and I to move deeper in the “Recovery of Joy” He has started in our lives! Turn to the church at Pergamos in Revelation chapter 2 please:
*Revelation 2:12-17 (KJV) And to the angel of the church in Pergamos (fortified) write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges; 13 I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth. 14 But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication. 15 So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitanes, which thing I hate. 16 Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth. 17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.

(A Recovery of Joy) WEEK #16
Scripture 4 Today: Proverbs 22:17 KJVS
Bow down thine ear, and hear the words of the wise, and apply thine heart unto my knowledge.
*Final Instructions - Hearing to Hear*
New Year's Theme - “REJOICE” - The joy of the Christian experience is the key theme running through this epistle. The words "joy" and "rejoice" are used 16 times in the epistle. Paul wrote Philippians at a time when he was suffering in prison (under house arrest), when he was weary and wondered if he might soon lose his life for Christ. And he wrote to people he loved. So his words to the Christians in Philippi were heavy but caring; sad but consoling; appreciative but bittersweet.
This Epistle of Philippians teaches that HUMILITY mixed with HOPE overcomes HARDSHIP and results in JOY (See Psalms 118:24 & Nehemiah 8:10)
Series Theme Verses:
*John 15:11 (KJV) These things have I spoken unto you, that my"joy"might remain in you, and that your "joy" might be full.
*Philippians 4:4 (KJV)“REJOICE” in the Lord alway: and again I say,“REJOICE”.
From these verses we see that our source of “REJOICING” comes from the Word of God on the inside of the Believer! Keep in mind the Apostle Paul by the Holy Spirit is giving us the final Instructions to be able to live in the moment full of joy!
With that being said, let’s go to chapter 4:21-23 of Paul’s letter to the Philippians:
*Text Philippians 4:21-23 KJVS
Salute every saint in Christ Jesus. The brethren which are with me greet you. [22] All the saints salute you, chiefly they that are of Caesar's household. [23] The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
Note in today’s final message on this prison Epistle we will look at 3 G’s: #1 GREETINGS#2 GRACE#3 GOODBYE !
#1 GREETINGS
*ReREAD Philippians 4:21-22 KJVS
SALUTE every saint in Christ Jesus. The brethren which are with me GREET you. [22] All the saints SALUTE you, chiefly they that are of Caesar's household.
Note SALUTE - means to enfold in the arms, to receive joyfully. The Apostle Paul mentioned this at least 25 times in his writings to the church! Let's read the last time please:
*Read Hebrews 13:23-25 KJVS
Know ye that our brother Timothy is set at liberty; with whom, if he come shortly, I will see you. [24] SALUTE all them that have the rule over you, and all the saints. They of Italy SALUTE you. [25] Grace be with you all. Amen.
#2 GRACE
*ReREAD Philippians 4:23 KJVS
The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
When we learn how to live by God's “GRACE“ we experience true freedom in our lives! True freedom comes from within us and not from our external circumstances:
*Read 2 Corinthians 3:17 KJVS
Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
Remember Joseph, Daniel and here the Apostle Paul, they were physically bound but completely free in the spirit:
*Genesis 39:20,22-23 KJVS
And Joseph's master took him, and put him into the prison, a place where the king's prisoners were bound: and he was there in the prison. [22] And the keeper of the prison committed to Joseph's hand all the prisoners that were in the prison; and whatsoever they did there, he was the doer of it. [23] The keeper of the prison looked not to any

CD 1636 “FAITH, FAMILY, FRIENDS”
Happy Mother’s Day 2024
Introduction: Polling finds that 94% of people become Christians or decide on the faith they will follow (or lack of faith these days) before the age of 18 — and most them much younger and research shows that parents are #1 in forming their children’s spiritual lives, followed by church.
To think that children decide on their faith for a lifetime so early on is a major incentive to develop a plan.
*Proverbs 22:6 (KJV) Train up (to discipline) a child in the way he should go (mouth- to speak): and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
*Text:Acts 16:1-5 (KJV) Then came he to Derbe and Lystra: and, behold, a certain disciple was there, named Timotheus, the son of a certain woman, which was a Jewess, and believed; but his father was a Greek: 2 Which was well reported of by the brethren that were at Lystra and Iconium. 3 Him would Paul have to go forth with him; and took and circumcised him because of the Jews which were in those quarters: for they knew all that his father was a Greek. 4 And as they went through the cities, they delivered them the decrees for to keep, that were ordained of the apostles and elders which were at Jerusalem. 5 And so were the churches established in the faith, and increased in number daily.
*Read 2 Timothy 1:1-6 (KJV) Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, according to the promise of life which is in Christ Jesus, [2] To Timothy, my dearly beloved son: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord. [3] I thank God, whom I serve from my forefathers with pure conscience, that without ceasing I have remembrance of thee in my prayers night and day; [4] Greatly desiring to see thee, being mindful of thy tears, that I may be filled with joy; [5] When I call to remembrance the unfeigned faith that is in thee, which dwelt first in thy grandmother Lois, and thy mother Eunice; and I am persuaded that in thee also. [6] Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands.
*Read 2 Timothy 3:13-17 (KJV) But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. 14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; 15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, koowhich are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
*Read 1 Timothy 4:11-16 (KJV) These things command and teach. 12 Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. 13 Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. 14 Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery. 15 Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all. 16 Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.

Opening Thought: Revelation 22:16 (KJV) I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
*Read Isaiah 11:1-4 (KJV) And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots: 2 And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord; 3 And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the Lord: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears: 4 But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth: with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.
*Read Romans 15:8-13 (KJV) Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers: 9 And that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy; as it is written, For this cause I will confess to thee among the Gentiles, and sing unto thy name. 10 And again he saith, Rejoice, ye Gentiles, with his people. 11 And again, Praise the Lord, all ye Gentiles; and laud him, all ye people. 12 And again, Esaias saith, There shall be a root of Jesse, and he that shall rise to reign over the Gentiles; in him shall the Gentiles trust. 13 Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.
*Read Romans 11:16 (KJV) For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy : and if the root be holy, so are the branches.
*Read Matthew 3:8-12 (KJV) Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance: [9] And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham. [10] And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. [11] I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire: [12] Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.
*Read Matthew 13:6 (KJV) And when the sun was up, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away.
*Read Matthew 13:21 (KJV) Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.
*Read 1 Timothy 6:10 (KJV) For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
*Read Hebrews 12:15 (KJV) Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;
*Read Luke 17:6 (KJV) And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.
