1 oz. peach schnapps
2 oz. orange juice
2 oz. cranberry juice
Orange wedge, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Fill a glass with ice and add vodka, peach schnapps, and orange juice. Pour cranberry juice over.

Garnish with an orange wedge to serve.

Drink of the Night: Ghoul's Blood Cocktail (Courtesy of westviamidwest.com)
Ingredients
8 ounces White Rum
8 ounces Blue Curacao
10 Ounces Pineapple Juice
Crushed Ice
Ghost Gummies
Gummy Eyeballs
Instructions
Mix rum, blue curacao and pineapple juice in a 32-ounce pitcher.
Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
When ready to serve fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour 1-2 servings in. Shake well.
Strain out ice and pour into a martini glass.
Serve with gummy eyeballs or gummy ghosts on a martini pick.
Alternatively, fill a highball glass with ice and pour cocktail over the top. Serve with festive martini pic gummies or attach to the rim of each glass for serving.

Ingredients:
2 oz of Gin
1/4 oz of Lemon Juice
1/4 oz of simple syrup
1 dash of Angostura bitters
1/2 of Orange Juice
1/2 oz of Pineapple Juice

Directions:
Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel, and serve.

Vodka
Coffee liqueur
Irish cream
Heavy cream (classic) or vanilla ice cream and ice (frozen)
Directions:
Classic Mudslide: Place vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, and heavy cream in a cocktail shaker. Shake until cold, then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
Frozen Mudslide: Place vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, vanilla ice cream, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a glass. Go 1990’s style and decorate the inside of your glass with chocolate syrup.

1 oz. (30ml) Vodka
1 oz. (30ml) Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Gin
1 oz. (30ml) Tequila
1 oz. (30ml) Blue Curacao
3 oz. (90ml) Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Cream Of Coconut
Garnish: Pineapple Wedge/Cherry

Directions:
Add ice to shaking glass and pour over all ingredients. Shake well.

Strain mix over ice into tall glass and garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry.

2 oz. (60ml) Rum
1/2 oz. (15ml) Blue Curaçao
1/2 oz. (15ml) Grenadine
2 oz. (60ml) Orange Juice
Garnish: Orange Juice
Directions
Drizzle grenadine in the base of your glass and carefully drop in ice cubes.
Pour in orange juice. In a shaking glass combine rum and blue curacao then gently layer on top.
Garnish with an orange wheel.
