1 oz. (30ml) White Rum
1/2 oz. (15ml) Peach Schnapps
1/2 oz. (15ml) Coconut Rum
1 oz. (30ml Lemon Lime Soda
Grenadine
Pineapple Slices
Splash Orange Juice
Garnish: Cherry
PREPARATION
1. Rim a glass with red sugar and pour some grenadine into the base.
2. Build the glass with crushed ice and pineapple slices.
3. Add white rum, coconut rum, and peach schnapps. Add lemon-lime soda.
4. Top with orange juice and garnish with a cherry.

1 Part Orange Juice
1 Part Pineapple Juice
1/2 Part Grenadine
Garnish: Orange/Cherry
PREPARATION
1. Add ice, vodka, triple sec, pineapple juice and orange juice to shaking glass and shake well.
2. Strain mix over ice into serving glass and drizzle with grenadine. Garnish with an orange slice and cherry.

1/2 ounce gin
1/2 ounce light rum
1/2 ounce tequila
1/2 ounce vodka
1/2 ounce blue curaçao liqueur
1 ounce sour mix
1 ounce lemon-lime soda

Steps to Make It
Gather the ingredients.
Build the gin, light rum, tequila, vodka, blue curacao, and sour mix in a collins glass.
Add ice and stir well. Top with lemon-lime soda.

1 oz. (30ml) Amaretto
1 oz. (30ml) Peach Schnapps
2 oz. (60ml) Pineapple Juice
Splash of Grenadine
Lime Slice
Cherries
Directions
In an ice-filled glass combine tequila, peach schnapps, amaretto, and pineapple juice. Shake to combine.

Fill a collins glass with ice and pour the mix. Add a splash of grenadine.

Garnish with a lime slice and cherries.

Pour your mix into your glass.
Top off with Sprite.

2 ounces Pusser’s rum
4 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce orange juice, freshly squeezed
1 ounce cream of coconut
Garnish: nutmeg, freshly grated
Garnish: pineapple wedge
Steps
Add the rum, pineapple juice, orange juice and cream of coconut to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously but briefly to combine.
Strain into a hurricane glass or snifter over crushed ice.
Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a pineapple wedge.
Serve with a straw.

2 to 4 parts Baileys, to taste*
ice cubes, optional
nutmeg, for sprinkling
cinnamon, for sprinkling
INSTRUCTIONS
To a large glass add the eggnog, Baileys to taste, and optionally add ice. Stir to combine.
Evenly and lightly sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon. Serve immediately.

Ingredients
2 cups coffee

6 oz Bailey's Irish Cream

4 scoops chocolate ice cream (I used Vanilla)

Chocolate sundae syrup for garnish

Cherries sprinkles, etc, optional garnish
Instructions
Brew 2 cups of strong coffee in your favorite method.

Measure out 3 oz of Bailey's into each mug.

Place 2 scoops of ice cream in each mug and pour 1 cup of coffee overtop.

Garnish as desired and serve immediately.
