Today’s dose of “Vitamin D” is dedicated to worry. Let’s think about it, what has worrying, ever gotten you in life? Did it save that trying relationship you were in? Did it propel you to succeed in your job's upcoming presentation? Or better yet, did it aid you to become the better person you are today? Chances are it didn’t...so STOP! Stop driving yourself crazy!

Many people are under the misconception that worrying propels change. A well-known saying goes "worrying is a negative form of worship." See, worrying immobilizes you. It tenses your body and causes you to wreck your brain, which can ultimately lead you into a form of depression; a state that will not allow you to propel forward in life. It’s like a hamster running around on a wheel expecting to escape from its cage. After running for 5 minutes straight, the hamster is in the same spot it started in. Are you surprised? Is that hamster you?

Don't let that be you. Instead, I charge you to drop worrying at the wayside. Figure out how you can change the state you are in by taking a look at your past and future to figure out which direction you want to go in.

Mobilize your mind, your body and your soul so that you can attain anything you want out of life. Swedish House Mafia said it best in their hit song, "Don't You Worry Child," "don't you worry, don't worry child...see heaven's got a plan for you." What's your plan? What are your dreams? What do you desire?
