Join me on the journey to uncover the hard truths, stereotypes, myths, and stigma surrounding Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Let's uncover the how, the why, myths and stereotypes of PTSD. I also delve deep into treatment and how to support either yourself or loved ones through their PTSD journey. I am hopeful that this series will continue to bring awareness to various mental health disorders, and work to further break down the stigma.
