Jason and Door joined me from a hotel room in Virginia and his studio in Baltimore, respectively, to tell me about their new collaborative CD "Prerequisite," out now on Misanthropic Agenda. The two artists have almost opposing approaches to sound and composition, so it was fascinating to hear about how they typically work on their solo material, in contrast to what went into this collaboration.
