Tonight, we're joined by Michael Lewis (@soccerwriter). I know, I know... soccer on The XO Show?!? It's true. I let Jayson handle that :) 30:00 We get to Derrick Rose! (I also explain the term "stan" to Jayson). 39:30 @NoMoreWipons calls in. Thank you, Marc. 41:45 We talk to my friend - and incidentally my boss, and owner of the bar I work at - Joe DiGalbo. I love Joe. He was amazing. 1:00:01 We talk about gambing. 1:05 Jeff calls. He compares Michael Lewis to Paul Stanley. There's a ton to talk about from game six of the NBA Finals last night. Between the continued Warriors choke to Steph Curry getting ejected and assaulting a fan, Ayesha Curry and Steve Kerr going conspiracy crazy, LeBron James sonning Curry and dominating the game and now the Cavs are just one win away from it's first title ever. Dave and Sam will break down how awesome the finish to game six was and how heartbreaking it will be for the city of Cleveland and its fans when they probably fail to win game seven but hopefully maybe do win game seven when Steph Curry gets suspended. Also MLB and NHL and NFL and more if there's time!

We have a great show this week. We'll be talking NBA Finals, Stanley Cup Finals, Copa America, the Euros, Roger Goodell faking his own death, Steph Curry's ugly new shoe,a Georgia fan adult breast feeding, the loss of some major sports icons, WNBA preview and more. Plus we'll be talking to our lawyer and asking him some important questions about grown men beating up teenagers during dodgeball tournaments amongst other things. So make sure to tune in to hear Dave and Sam talk sports and beyond on the Sam Mines Sports Show on iTunes, Double G Sports, and Blog Talk Radio.

Jayson and Marcia are joined by Kevin Brockway (@gatorhoops) of the Gainesville Sun. Also, a huge Mets, Jets, Nets fan! We'll get his thoughts on those things, plus some thoughts on the Gators and other happenings in college sports. Also, NBA playoffs.

There's a ton to talk about today from harambe the gorilla in Cinci to the nba finals to nyquist the horse shutting down his twitter account and so much more with Dave and Sam on the Sam Mines Sports Show so make sure to tune in on iTunes and Double G Sports.

After a week off, we return. Mets, Yanks, NBA playoffs, and children in gorilla cages.

We open by talking about drinking, which, weirdly, neither Jayson nor I are doing tonight. Next up ... the Mets. 14:45 we're joined by Sean Flattery (@SeanFlatts) of The Brooklyn Game (@TheBKGame). We get his thoughts on the Mets and Cubs first. 20:00 we finally get into The Nets! We start with Kenny Atkinson. 25:00 The Knicks coaching search, not knowing they would announce a new coach as soon as we got off the air. Effin' Knicks. 26:40  "Who's the bigger shit show, the Nets or the Knicks?" 33:00 NBA playoffs. We start with the dumpster fire that is the Eastern Conference. 38:30 The Western Conference Finals. The adoration couldn't last forever (or for more than a couple of weeks). 1:00:00 We're all going to hell. 1:01:00  Rougned Odor and Jose Bautista. 1:02:45 Is waiting to hit Bautista a bitch move or just smart baseball? 1:04:00 Jose Bautista and playing the game "the right way". Toronto taking so many L's right now. 1:06:45 Bill Simmons on Mike Francesa. 1:09:30 I talk Craig Kilborn on Bill Simmon's podcast. 1:00:13 friend of the show, #Jeff calls in! One week after receiving our first hater we're back with another world class podcast. This time around we have a guest who has an incredible story to tell about a car, a house, reddit, and a professional wrestler. Also we discuss how Dave won the prop bets after the San Antionio Spurs old guy shuffled their sorry selves out of the playoffs; how insufferable Steph Curry's unanimous MVP vote was; how all the Mets pitchers do is hit; how the NHL gave us an awful set of second round game sevens and that Ovi is a choker; how the Jets drafted the next Tom Brady and also the six is one win away from the chance to lose to the Cavs in the NBA's Eastern Conference Final and the white sox continue to roll. All that and maybe more with Sam and Dave on the Sam Mines Sports Show.
