Double Issue

Things to look forward to in this Very Christmassy Episode:

1. In a fun throwback, Riley's audio is once again sub-par in a big echoey room. Lots of clips whenever she uses the letter "P."

2. Kindred has the sniffles, but she also has a delicious snack.

3. Riley makes up a weird boring game with a vague Thanksgiving theme.

4. Kindred proposes a new daring take on Christmas celebrations.

"I wonder if they offer classes on writing Podcast descriptions," she wonders to herself, dogs asleep at her side, dust accumulating on the TV stand. "I seem to struggle with this more and more every week. Is it me? Or is it something bigger? Something... in the air this time of year? Maybe it's the solstice; maybe it's the looming sense of adulthood crushing in on me."

She looked behind her, out of the cold window already dirty with dog nose-prints. The sun had already nearly faded behind the blue and purple mountains at only 5:07 pm. "I miss the olympics."

As the holiday ends, so must this special. Will our villains succeed in their dastardly plan? Will Silent But Deadly cup some farts? Will Tremor die in a fiery explosion forever rocking the canon of our universe? Listen to find out, because I can’t type all the answers to those questions. They’re very complicated and nuanced answers that can’t really be conveyed in such a static medium.

Hello and welcome to another great filler episode! We are gearing up for a massive holiday special but needed an extra week to finish it up. We'll have those for you all next week but till then please enjoy what we are calling "Craft Corner". It's a shorter episode made up from discussions we had to cut from our last episode. Quentin and Daniel talk about their writing process. If you have questions about writing or Double Issue, in general, please drop us a line at our email. We might just read your question in an upcoming craft corner mini-sode.

Since the Academy can't seem to decide who should host the 2019 Oscars, Riley and Kindred have decided to throw their hats into the ring as they offer this episode for the Academy's CAREFUL consideration. We'll bring nothing but professionalism when we host. Take a listen if you want to know 30 reasons why they'd be the perfect hosts.

Good morning listeners, in this episode Kindred has a head cold and apologizes for something she's been wrong about for a decade. Riley recalls how much she loved Trading Spaces and is concerned about some rotting candy. ThAnKs fOr LiStEnInG~~~~~~~

Oh, they also briefly discuss Orange Juice's album You Can't Hide Your Love Forever.

We’re BACK baby with a real live story episode! This week we tackle previous prompts from a new direction. So grab some tacos and settle in for a new ‘blank slate’ from Quentin and get ready to rumble with ‘robots’ from Daniel. Also, don't forget to floss. That's important y'all.

Dead parent? Check. Selfish rich girl who needs to learn the meaning of Christmas? Check. Homeless insightful guy AND a gay best friend? Check and check. Kindred and Riley enjoy this incredibly bland movie that hits all the beats of a classic, made-for-sad-people Christmas tale. 'Tis the season, am I right ladies???

Hey and welcome to an Express episode of Double Issue. We had limited recording time with our guest John, but we made the best of it. We design a bad guy team to take on Aegis, and let's just say you better be eating an apple a day or they'll come to take you away.

Join us next week for finally our story episode with the prompt Alternate.
