There's not shortage of experts insight and tips on reducing stress. My personal suggestion. Just say, "I'm sorry, no thank you"
We are guilty of trying to hard to make every holiday event, create Christmas memories and we miss the true meaning of Christmas. Many say, "next year it'll be different" This year, just say "no"
