I made calls to police - reluctantly but reasonable because i attract crazy insane people who for years follow me around in a car, and say crazy things outside-at me = said they peeked into my home=that is insanity , but after several restraining orders, and reports, what can i do? but i was told to restrict my calls and i am,because i want to follow the law and i have to ,but it is hard dealing with insane ,crazy people in my neighborhood.
