“Healthy” in air quotes because it’s super subjective & up to you what healthy MEANS - this episode gives you a behind the energetic scene look at making that decision for yourself & sustaining that relationship with alcohol (can be applied to other substance relationships or what that which we enforce as a “healthy habit” in our lives).
