This week's episode kicks off with a competition, a name that song competition.  Tamara and Rheannon find themselves in a very competitive mood involving as much smack talk as actual competition.  Two friends name songs and only one can win. Tamara shares a story of while out shopping she accidentally got handsy with a cactus, but luckily her friend is there try try and lend a hand to pull out the cactus spines.  One things is for sure even a trip to the story can go downhill fast. 

This episode kicks off with Tamara recalling all of her lessons learned from Rheannon fly fishing.  It really boils down to just don't forget to lick your knots. The importance of having a good teacher when learning something new, like fly fishing.  Rheannon does some reflection on her teaching style which is a little hands off to say the least.  The episode starts with Rheannon eating her ice cream invention called "high ice cream" and Tamara enjoys a strudel, and things go downhill from there. 

This weeks episode kicks off with a new drink of Rheannon's creation.  It is a fireball and squirt concoction called Fireball Squirts.  It sounds awful, but even Tamara has to agree it isn't bad.  When supplies are limited during quarantine you have to make drinks with what you have on hand.  After a couple weeks off this episode kicks off with Tamara sharing how much she has missed going to the gym and seeing friends.  Although Tamara does her best to keep with with her new doctor friends, she really has no idea what they are talking about.  Rheannon has been keeping busy with all the house remodeling things and living her best life.  John Wayne and Rheannon really are loving the work from home and all the time for projects. This weeks episode kicks off with with Tamara living her best life eating a banana.  Rheannon has never seen someone enjoy a banana so much.  John has been enjoying having the humans home all the time with walks every day and barging into zoom meetings.  The chickens also have gotten used to snacks at all hours of the days and really throw a stink if their schedule is disadvantaged. All these weeks Tamara has picked up a few new skills and blew Rheannon's mind about all the bread things.  From new shows to projects we catch up on all the quarantine things that will definitely go downhill fast. 

This weeks episode kicks off with Tamara and Rheannon getting all caught up since the last podcast recording.  Tamara had to fill Rheannon in on the fight she got into with a ceiling fan and well lost.  Furthermore, Tamara also managed to get into a disagreement with all of the animals while the was trying to do her mindfulness medication.  It is safe to say that is wasn't very relaxing for anyone, but luckily the chaos didn't wake the whole house.  Rheannon shares an update on her new work from home attire.  Everyone is doing their best in these crazy days with snow, earthquakes, and self isolation and these stories are going to keep going downhill fast. 

This weeks episode kicks off with Tamara and Rheannon catching up after the new normal and a few weeks apart.  Rheannon is transitioning fairly smoothly with previous practice of working from home.  Tamara the extrovert is hanging in there and has no problems having full on conversations with the dogs in her life, although this is not really something new.  The pair check up on house projects and Tamara learns about the term "scope creep" which is not all that creepy and sounds oh so much dirtier than it is.  Even if trying times it is clear these stories are going to keep on going downhill fast. 

This weeks episode kicks off with Tamara trying to make a drink. Although it could have been real weird it turned out pretty great. They say sweet dreams are made of drugs, but Tamara had a bad response to anesthesia. Luckily she was four, so her yelling was kept PG.  We then talked about all things tattoos. It is very clear Tamara has no tattoos while Rheannon has tattoos. Should the Uphill Slow and Downhill Fast crew get a tattoo? Probably not, but we speculate on what tattoo we would all get. It will definitely go downhill fast! 

Eating at a restaurant that looks like a murder shack what could go wrong?  Rocky Mountain Oysters are balls, turns out Tamara learned. Swinging steaks, who knew. The struggles of meat sweats are real and with no service means it was an early to bed kinda night.  Rheannon took her responsibilities vey seriously of not killing Tamara. The case of the missing wedding ring had to go to the GoPro footage to confirm. Tamara disappoints Rheannon by her choice in shoes for a project and not planning ahead with her shoes. Rheannon has a master plan for finding a missing ring, and Tamara has lots of questions.  Listen to hear just how downhill fast the planning goes. Tamara enjoys playing fetch with Diego in the house with a stick.  John doesn’t understand why the rules are different for the cats than him. 

This week's episode kicks off with stories from a run to pick up granite for a kitchen remodel.   Tamara learns all the lingo of the trailer and whoopdies, which she links for a bit too long are whoopsies.  Rheannon does her best to share the trailer knowledge, but it might be too late for Tamara. A lot could go wrong with crazy wind and horizontal ice snow, and the moving the granite on top of that.  Luckily things don't go downhill too fast, and no granite was lost or damaged during this adventure. 

This weeks episode of uphill slow covers all the updates including the super bowl. Things were said and group chats were left, but spoiler alert all friendships did survive the super bowl party.  This weeks topics range from having babies, serial killers, and anime.
