Quit listening and read the story!

The performers ruined this story for me..... so much so that I downloaded the story and read it instead (which I recommend). It was disappointing to me since KA is one of my favorite authors. The story is well written and not her typical heroine is saved kind of story line. In this story, the hero and heroine kind of save each other. Nothing is black and white .... and sometimes you have to let go to be happy.

Kristina Klebe sounds like Scarlett Johansson!

So unexpected! I expected the typical over the top narrator voice and was shocked at how intriguing and realistic this narrator made Samantha. Seems like no coincidence that the name of Johanssons character in Her was also Samantha! Bishops narration was also strong. This sequel was perfect and I hope they do more. Loved listening to this book.

Tame romance.. Made my heart go pittg pat.

I am reading the series. The romance sessions are not too long as in some books The plot is overall predictable but the fillers are interesting. I would recommend this book to people who travel (car radio)

Narration stunk

Could not get through the first 3 chapters. I was really looking forward to this book. The others were great but for some reason they changed the narrators. So disappointing!

He is trying to look forward yet keeps being pulled back by his past.

What did you love best about Finn Beckett?

The narration was awesome. I love how the narrators play the roles of each character rather than just reading the story aloud.

What other book might you compare Finn Beckett to and why?

It reminds me of Olivia Cunning's Sinners on Tour series, which is also about a hard rockin' band and features musicians who suffer injuries that threaten their musical careers (like Memphis & River, but not Finn).

Which scene was your favorite?

My favorite scene was when Finn finally sang on stage.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Yes. The whole ending from the accident on was very moving.

This is a great series, but you should start with Xavier (Men of Steel #4) then listen to this series (Rockers of Steel) in order. They are all standalones, but I think they're more enjoyable in order.

Wow what an incredible book written by an awesome author and narrated by incredible narrators!!! I sat and listened all the way through and couldn't stop Jeez Wen wow he really brought life to Finn and damned if I was jealous of Sonya the whole book lol. I highly recommend this book to everyone who enjoys a hot read!!

Another AMAZING book by MJ!

Loved it! The 1st Rockers of Steel book I read was River James because I did not realize at 1st that it was part of a series. Loved that one, so I read Memphis Black and now just finished Finn Beckett. I love how even though all the books are connected they can be read as a stand alone. They all have their own character very different than the last yet all endearing. I really enjoyed Finn's story and his connection with Sonya.

Passion, duty and romance meets

My ultimate favourite of Victoria Vales delightfully naughty and delicious stories! Masks, romance, passion and duty all meet in this wonderfully written story - where a bad duke falls head over heels for an invisible barons daughter and passion ensues. Camden Rycroft is the most delicious and gorgeous of Victoria Vales men! Its also a story that hints to being sure enough to being who you are.

Hot and juicy but badly narrated.

Graphic sex, foul language..... probably a good read but not an enjoyable listen. Not a narrator I'll buy again. And although this isn't the end of the scale (erotica novel?) I usually choose in a book, I did appreciate what it could be with a decent narrator.

An enthralling story

What made the experience of listening to Masquerade the most enjoyable?

I had read the book before so it was interesting to hear someone else's interpretation of the voices and storyline.Also, the fact that I could do other things as well as listen to the story, e.g. Knitting.

What did you like best about this story?

I liked the fact that Margaret ( Maggie)had a rebellious streak, even though she appeared as the dutiful daughter when with her parents. I enjoyed the encounters with Camden and Maggie and oh yes! they were hot! There was some amusing banter between Camden and his elderly aunt. I also liked the fact that there was doubt as to what Camden would do in the end.

Have you listened to any of Beatrice Pendergasts other performances before? How does this one compare?

No as this was the first audiobook that I have listened to.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Unfortunately I wasn't able to listen to it in one sitting but that didn't detract from the enjoyment of the book. It was over 4 hours long and it took me 3 sitting to complete it.

Any additional comments?

I was surprised to not to hear an English voice as this was set in England. This took a while for me to get my head around.

Lay me at the Parker altar

I have been flayed! This is the prequel to the Compass Series, but I am reading it as the 3rd book. I'm so glad I know how this all ends because I'm just flabbergasted! Tamsen Parker allows us to meet India Burke at the beginning of her journey. Never has a tale ever needed to be told. This book's siren call lured me in and branded me with a compass. If I didn't belong to this series before, I sure as hell do now.

Young India is a diamond in a very sexy rough. She is taught by Rey, molded by her need to please, and encased in her role by Hunter's side. Knowing the back story, I went into this hating Hunter, knowing I'd take both his eyes and make him eat them. However that damn Parker made me fall for this guy and lured into the ice he was selling to his Eskimo. I admit I was even jealous of India. She had it all.

Until she didn't.

When it all falls apart, I'm so ready to jump in and save her, but she has that Burke backbone that would scare the mane off a lion. As always this book is so well written, so beautifully done that I read it in less than a few hours!

Hmmmm

The fantasy & sex is great. I think I like Sophie. It dragged some & was vague in places. I hope it'll pick up in Chapter 11. I liked the first Series so much when I realized that more had been written I bought 10 & 11. Next one will decide if I get 12.

It's been a while since I read previous Series, it's taken me a bit to remember what happened & who characters are. And I really want to like Sophie. On I read.

Ok book but love the narration

This was not a bad listen. The worst part about the book is that it too FOREVER to find out his secret. It wasn't that bad to me but I see how it can affect a man. I hated that the hero and heroine were so wishy washy to each other. I know they have reasons they cant be together but they just needed to make a decision and stick to it. I think a lot of time in the book was spent on the hero pushing the heroine away and that got a little boring. I liked the mystery aspect of the kidnapping and I have an idea of who did it. Other than that not a bad listen for me.

Lucy Rivers did a great job with this book and she is becoming one of my favorite narrators. 4 stars for narration.

All about the alpha step brother romance

It wasn't that easy of a listen for me and it was also alot to follow at times. I was very excited for this one to come out, but now I'm not so sure about the next ones.

Not my favorite

I'm a big fan of the series. Love the world that River Savage created and I feel like I know the characters. However, I wasn't a big fan of Mackenzie. I wanted to like her but I found her a bit annoying. Also Beau wasn't as likable. It seems like all of the Knight's rebels were written the same. The love scenes are pretty hot but after four books of the same type of character, it lost a bit if its luster. But, I am looking forward to the next book in the series about Kelly

But it was the chemistry between Beau and Kenzie that jumped out and grabbed me.... followed closely by the touching, tender and h.o.t sex scenes.

This was a great addition to The Storm series, it's such a shame it was so short though.

I would of loved to of found out what happened after the band found out why Johnny was in the car he died in.

Sean Crisden did a great job narrating as usual and really brought Jake to life.

Seriously! I need the next book right this minute! OMG really! I LOVE this series! These guys are such badasses with huge hearts! Bear is just tying to get away from his old life and get on with his life with Thia. I finished this book in about 8 hours, I couldn't stop listening. So much excitement and chaos and sex. The twists and turns in this book will keep you spinning. The last 5 minutes will leave you completely.....ugh ....I can't even....I have no words!

The narration was incredible again too!

Everything about this is AMAZING! This series is a MUST READ RIGHT NOW....like right this second! Stop what you are doing and go get every book, seriously it is that good!

T.M. Frazier builds on the amazing MC world she created in Kings story, and takes the listener on another ride full of danger, betrayal and passion. I really enjoy her writing style, dialogue, suspense, twists and the little humor she weaves in, but what really make these stories awesome are the characters. They are well developed, unique, strong and you can't help but to fall in love with them.

I plowed right through Bear and Thia's story in Lawless and Soulless. Their story was epic, full of drama, suspense, and steamy sex scenes.

Molly Glenmore and Rob Shapiro performance was Oscar worthy! They really nailed the tone of the story and delivered on all the emotions, steam, and grit. I'm a fan of this duo!

Well worth the time, credit or sale! Highly recommend for any MC fan who loves their stories with a dark edge and even darker characters. Can't want for the next amazing ride.

THEY'VE BEEN THROUGH HELL TOGETHER... & WON

I've loved this Biker series from the start and this final book in the series was all kinds of badass too..... it was filled with action, suspense, drama, angst, sex, great characters and a plot twist or two - one of which ended in bloodshed, bullets and splattered brain matter. The romance 'biker style' was strong as Bear took the blame, and was locked up, to protect Thia because Bear was all kinds of protective, possessive, sweet and caring and Thia stood by her man..... gun in hand. Their tumultuous relationship went from strong to unbreakable..... even with Prison, his evil Father, the return of a woman who Bear thought had died years ago and a lot of other unforeseen obstacles. But through it all they Thia and Bear stayed strong, held each other tight, clung on and took an unforgettable selfless ride together.

You can rely on T M Frazier to deliver a great biker story and she doesn't hold back on her punches when it comes to torture, blood and gore. This is exactly what you'd expect from the talented mind of TMF.... a great biker romance where the big butch badass biker would kill to protect or lay down his life to save his woman and be brought to his knees by the lucky lady who possesses his heart. Tall, Dark & Dangerous!!!

M. Leighton has once again delivered a phenomenal read! I was captivated from the very first word to the very last!!

Michelle is one of my favorite authors and she just keeps amazing me with such beautiful stories. She creates such a vivid description of the story I forget that Iâm reading a book. The characters come to life and it feels like a movie playing out in my head.

The synopsis does well at giving a glimpse of what this book is about and Iâm not going to give any spoilers in my review. I want you to be able to experience this story firsthand. I will say this, Brave Enough is an incredibly romantic love story. Tag Barton is a stunningly handsome, charming, tenacious, incredibly sexy alpha male who guards his heart. Weatherly OâNeil is beautiful, sweet, kind-hearted, generous, witty and isnât willing to settle for the status quo. Their initial meeting is quite unorthodox and sets the tone for their relationship â full of the unexpected. Their chemistry is electric, intense and undeniable. I swear my Kindle was going to burst into flames with each scene they shared!!! The story had some very emotional and incredibly sweet moments that stole my breath and had me in tears, both happy and sad. With each page I fell deeper in love with these characters! Thatâs one of the aspects that I love about Michelleâs books, she knows how to write main characters that leave a mark on your heart and soul. I simply loved this book and was sad to see the story end. Brave Enough is the last book in the Tall, Dark & Dangerous series and it can be read as a standalone. I would highly recommend reading this book as well as Strong Enough and Tough Enough -- the first two books in the series you donât want to miss Jasper and Rogan!!!

Opposite Upbringings Attract

This is a book that goes with a series, but honestly you can read it without reading the others. There isn't much interaction with the characters from the other books so you won't miss a thing. This book is about Tag and Weatherly. They have been brought up on opposite sides of the track. There is a spark between the two that can't be denied. There is a lot of angst in this book as you would expect since Daddy dearest doesn't care for her choice. The story is engaging. Dual point of view.
