The BEST resource for Danish you will find anywhere...

These are fantastic lessons! I'm using it to connect with my family for a trip that I'm taking to Denmark soon. I have used other Pimsleur courses before and will again. Really allows you to develop proper pronunciation, which is important in Danish because of the very different sounds. (From an English speakers prospective) It is VERY hard to come by good learning material for Danish in the USA...with Denmark being a small country, and with probably not a very high demand for it. But believe me, I have tried every Danish course out there. This one has hands down gotten me the farthest! You will not get more bang for your buck with any other program.

Give it a try, you will not be disappointed! I can't wait for Danish 2 to come out, I'm really excited to keep my learning going!

A very interesting approach, but too fast for me

Great reference material

Excellent reference manual to those starting out with Chinese. While you will need access to audio of native speakers, particularly for the sounds of the different tones, this guide clearly lays out all the basic grammar and conversational phrases that you need to get going right away. Recommended if you have an upcoming trip to China.

Learn Chinese super fast

Do you think that it is imposible to learn chinese? I thogut so too, until I bought this book. This book is really amazing because it get you throught accelerated chinise course. It teaches you all basics skills you need to comunicate in chinese. I never thought that I can learn basic chinese that fast. I would recommend this book to anyone who want to learn chinese super fast

Excellent Introduction to Mandarin

This is a short guidebook that gives you all the fundamentals of learning Mandarin. If provides you the most bang for you buck as each page of each chapter is packed with the most important vocab and grammar. This makes it possible for you to understand far more than you would have believed possible with just a little bit of studying. You are not going to be 100% fluent in 48 hours, but you will be surprised just how much you can learn in that time.

Recommended

Chinese is one of the most difficult languages in the world. While this book will certainly not help you master the language within such a short amount of time, it's a great beginner book to get started.
