ok now I am not going make this long so 5 stars it is cool so I am going to say get this book really get trust me so anyway good book

Great

I love this book but the cover has the name " cereal box mystery but the author didn't include a lot of talk of the cereal box and the story was mostly about a couple of stolen jewelry. But other then that I would recommend this book to anyone. Written by a 9 year old.

The Children's Book that has it all

The Foolish Frog is a book that I never read as a child but wished I did. I discovered it through a guest speaker at a meeting for a local Parent Participation school that my children will be attending. It immediately sparked my interest, and touched a part of me that went all the way back to my own childhood. The book contains all the elements that will draw your child to it time and time again. Humour, ryhme, melody and imagination.

The Foolish Frog tells the story of a bullfrog, whose pride proves his undoing when he becomes the subject of a popular song made up by a farmer. The songs contained within are truly remarkable and endearing to children (and myself included!) Some may find them silly, but they are a source of laughter that will never dry out for your children.

A book full of the love of Life, the joys (and challenges) of LIberty and the Interestingness of Everything.

As good or maybe better than her book on Lincoln. I love it for her ability to deal with BIG figures and GRAND events but also leave room for the small human details like hid freckles and that he mended a jacket with socks. I also appreciate that she devotes space to Jefferson's slave-owning. She is appropriately heart-broken over this aspect of Jefferson but also understanding that it isn't ALL there is to the man.

Amazing!

Jack Staples, Alexia Dreager, Arthur Greaves, and the rest of the awakened are back for an action-packed exhilarating sequel to the first book, Jack Staples And The Ring of Time. In the beginning of the story, Jack, Alexia, and Arthur are training with Mrs. dumpry when Arthur discovers his own power- lightning! With the city of Agartha destroyed at the end of the first book (Jack Staples and the Ring of Time) this book takes up one month later at the School for the Awakened in London. Mrs. Dumphrey is with Jack Staples, Alexia Dreager and Arthur Greaves awaiting words from Elion that it is safe to move on.
