Dr. Angela

Dr. Angela delves into the general and often vague understandings we apply to what we call health, and wellness, and well-being. Understanding how broad these areas are begins to help us reach for these in our lives: feelings and states of health, wellness, well-being, all linked and overlapping. Dr. Angela talks about the amazing link between and overlap of the mind and the body. Working with one part of oneself requires working with all parts of oneself. Your mind affects your body, your body affects your mind. See Dr. Angela at DrAngela.com for more.

There is really no separation between physical health and mental health. In this session, Dr. Angela talks about how: knowing what the SELF is, who you are, is central in realizing yourSELF, and in amending or enhancing your changing your behaviors and feelings as you wish to or need to, and about how all this affects your health itself.
