#023 - In the late 1990's, a young wife and mother goes in for a routine plastic surgery procedure, but doesn't survive.

Shortly after the patient's tragic death, the wife of the surgeon in charge of the procedure falls ill with what appears to be intentional poisoning.

Was this revenge for the botched cosmetic surgery that cost an innocent woman her life? Or, was this something else entirely?
