    1. Although benign, skin tags are common in people with diabetes or prediabetes. Reverse diabetes by decreasing carbohydrates and increasing high-quality protein.

    2. Itchy private parts are often caused by fungal overgrowth. Take vitamin D to strengthen your immune system and stop the itching.

    3. Nighttime restlessness is related to vitamin B1 deficiency, typically caused by a high-carb diet.

    4. Tingling or numbness in the toes or bottoms of the feet is a nerve problem. Benfotiamine, taken four times daily, can help correct this problem.

    5. Bleeding gums are related to vitamin C deficiency.

    6. Chronic cough can be caused by a calcium deficiency or acid coming up the esophagus.

    7. Carpal tunnel syndrome is often related to a vitamin B6 deficiency.

    8. Brittle nails are usually caused by a biotin deficiency.

    9. Cold feet and hands signify that you need more iodine.

    10. Early morning problems such as leg cramps, migraines, and chest pain are related to magnesium deficiency. Take magnesium glycinate before bed as a remedy.

    11. Ulcers and gastritis result from zinc deficiency. Zinc carnosine is the best form of zinc for this problem.

    12. Nose bleeds are sometimes caused by high blood pressure, but can also be caused by a vitamin K1 or vitamin C deficiency.

    13. Chest pain or pain down the left arm or shoulder is related to a vitamin E deficiency. Tocotrienols are the best remedy for these symptoms.

    14. Raised bumps on the back of the arms are a classic vitamin A deficiency. Retinol, the active form of vitamin A, is only found in animal products such as liver, egg yolk, cheese, and cod liver oil.

    15. Sodium deficiency can cause fatigue, insomnia, and weak muscles. Increase your salt intake if you’re experiencing these symptoms.

    16. Decreased libido is often caused by a zinc deficiency. Take 50 mg of zinc a few times daily to solve this problem.

    17. Dry, scaly skin is typically caused by too much omega-6 fat and not enough omega-3 fat. Increase your intake of cod liver oil, fish oil, and wild-caught sardines or salmon.

    18. White dots on the nails are often caused by a zinc deficiency.

  • What Your Poop Really Says About Your Health

Is my poop normal? What does my poop mean? Did you know that your poop can give crucial digestive health signs way before they show up on any blood test? From poop shape meaning to poop color, find out what your poop is telling you in this video!

0:00 Introduction: What your poop says about your health
0:40 Healthy poop vs. unhealthy poop
    0:50 Poop shape meaning
2:24 The color of your poop
4:59 Digestive health signs and tips

Today, we’re going to talk about poop shape and color, and address gut warning signs in your stool. Normal poop should be brown and sausage-shaped. Small, hard, pellet-shaped poop indicates that something may be wrong higher up in the digestive tract.

Soft stool indicates that you may have some missing microbes or food allergies. Pathogens can cause loose stool as your body tries to quickly eliminate them. Unfortunately, with diarrhea and liquid stool, good bacteria are also eliminated. Consume kefir or yogurt with blackberries to restore the good bacteria in your digestive tract.

Thin, pencil or cigar-shaped stool signifies a problem in the colon. This could mean the colon is impacted, you have many polyps, or there’s some obstruction in the bowels. You’d want to get this checked by a medical professional.

Normal stools should be brown in color. If you have a problem with your liver or you have thickened bile or bile sludge in the bile ducts, your poop will be light-colored or gray. Floating stool that is also light-colored further confirms this problem.

If your problem is linked to the pancreas, your stool will have a bad odor and may appear greasy. Rarely, this could be associated with cancer, but most of the time, it is caused by an overworked pancreas.

Black stool is often a sign of something more serious, usually caused by oxidized blood. Blueberries and blackberries can also cause black stool.

Beets can cause your stool to appear red. Hemorrhoids can cause red stool due to fresh blood. Collinsonia root is an excellent remedy for hemorrhoids. Green stool is usually caused by chlorophyll from vegetable consumption.

It’s not normal to poop once every 2 to 3 days. You should have a bowel movement 1 to 2 times daily.

Intermittent fasting is the most important thing you can do for your digestive tract. Frequent eating is very problematic and never allows your digestive system the chance to reset.

Incomplete digestion usually results from low stomach acid. Betaine hydrochloride is the best remedy for this problem.

  • What If You Ate ONLY Meat for 30 Days?

Can you survive on just meat? There are many critics of the carnivore diet, but what’s the truth? In this video, I’ll share the benefits of meat and what happens after only eating meat for 30 days.

0:00 What happens if you only eat meat for 30 days?
    1:35 Meat-only diet results
2:59 Eliminating grains on the carnivore diet
4:10 Carnivore diet benefits for insulin resistance

Learn more about the risks of starch consumption here: https://drbrg.co/3GtCRVb

“Experts” often discredit the carnivore diet by planting seeds of doubt and uncertainty. Claims that the carnivore diet could be dangerous in the long term discourage people from trying it. Amidst claims that a meat-only diet could be dangerous, our current dietary standards leave the population riddled with chronic disease.

When first starting a meat-only diet, most people lose excess water weight. Your carbs are essentially dropped to zero, so you quickly get into ketosis. A 30-day carnivore diet can also improve gut health and digestion, and boost weight loss.

Plants and fiber are not the best options for healing the gut. Adding fiber to an inflamed gut will only make matters worse. Plants also do not contain vital amino acids.

When you go on a 30-day carnivore diet, you stop consuming grains, the source of most of our sugar consumption. Refined starch made from grains will spike your blood sugar even higher than actual sugar. Most grains are genetically modified, sprayed with chemicals, and contain traces of glyphosate, which is classified as an antibiotic.

When you eliminate sugar and refined grains from the diet, you stop feeding the pathogens in your microbiome. This can starve and eliminate an overgrowth of fungus, candida, and yeast.

Insulin resistance is primarily caused by the consumption of sugar and starches. You may notice that diseases or symptoms related to insulin resistance will disappear after only eating meat for 30 days.

As your gut heals and inflammation decreases, you can absorb more vitamin D. Healing your gut also positively affects your brain, improving mood disorders such as anxiety and depression.

For the best carnivore diet results, consume the whole animal, including bone broth, skin, and organ meats. Incorporating fish, shellfish, and eggs in a 30-day carnivore diet is also beneficial.

Should you go to ChatGPT for health advice? Let’s compare some of ChatGPT’s health tips to my health advice and see how they stack up.

When asked about weight loss, ChatGPT explains that “losing weight comes down to creating a sustainable calorie deficit.” This is a persistent dogma that focuses on how much you eat rather than what you eat! This advice makes sustainable weight loss difficult and will not eliminate cravings and hunger.

ChatGPT recommends the Mediterranean diet as best for overall health. It groups red meat, sugar, and processed foods together as foods to avoid and recommends plant-based diets as superior.

ChatGPT recommends avoiding keto and carnivore diets on a long-term basis. ChatGPT health advice comes from organizations such as the American Heart Association and the American Diabetes Association, which are heavily funded by certain industries and inherently biased.

To lower cholesterol, ChatGPT claims you should lower dietary cholesterol, increase unsaturated fats, and replace animal proteins with plant proteins. Plants do not have complete protein, and if you reduce your dietary cholesterol, you could end up low in bile and vitamin D. Cholesterol is a vital component of your cell membranes, hormones, and brain.

ChatGPT falsely claims that seed oils are not “that bad” when used in moderation. Balance and moderation allow you to continue eating bad food without worrying about the consequences. If you have a chronic disease, you can not simply “balance” your diet.

If you have diabetes, you do not want to spike insulin with carbohydrates. ChatGPT recommends legumes and grains for people with diabetes and small, frequent meals. This advice would continue to spike insulin, and would not help reverse diabetes!

When asked about diet and nutrition for people with chronic diseases, ChatGPT ignores powerful ways to drastically improve one's health, such as increasing vitamin D and fasting. It continues to recommend moderation for ultra-processed foods, claiming that it is safe and healthy for 20% of your daily calories to be ultra-processed.

Today, we’ll discuss how to break bad breakfast habits with 9 healthy breakfast tips!

    1. Some people drink too much coffee in the morning, but that's not always the problem. Coffee beans are one of the most sprayed crops behind cotton and tobacco. Adding sugar and non-dairy creamer with seed oils worsens the problem. The simple solution is to always choose organic coffee.

    2. Most orange juice is pasteurized, which destroys the vitamin C. If you’re drinking orange juice for breakfast, it’s likely that you’re just drinking sugar water.

    3. Carb-heavy breakfast foods significantly spike blood sugar. Your body produces insulin to lower the spike, causing low blood sugar, leaving you feeling tired after breakfast. Switch to a protein breakfast! Opt for eggs, bacon, cheese, whole-fat yogurt without sugar, steak, or burger patties rather than the typical muffins, pancakes, cereals, etc.

    4. Consuming fruit and nuts for breakfast will likely leave you feeling hungry midmorning. This leads to snacking, raising blood glucose and spiking insulin throughout the day.

    5. Peanut butter is often consumed for breakfast, but many contain sugar and hydrogenated oils. Always check the label!

    6. Avoid cooking with seed oils for breakfast. Opt for healthy cooking oils such as butter, olive oil, coconut oil, or lard.

    7. Check the labels on your breakfast meats. There are many hidden sugars in breakfast foods, especially breakfast meats!

    8. I used to recommend drinking kale shakes with fruit for breakfast, but this is a mistake. A healthy breakfast should always contain high-quality protein.

    9. Eating when you’re not hungry is the #1 worst breakfast mistake! We’re often taught that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but this isn’t true. You’re fasting while you sleep, so most people aren’t hungry when they wake up. Try pushing your first meal to lunchtime to increase the duration of your fast. This can help you tap into fat-burning, boost weight loss, reverse insulin resistance, improve mood, and decrease appetite.
