  • DO NOT Fail This Brain Test (For Early Dementia)

Grab a pen and paper and try this 30-second early dementia test! This simple cognitive assessment for dementia can identify cognitive deficits long before the onset of dementia. Don’t wait for early dementia signs to take action!

0:00 Introduction: Quick dementia brain test
0:24 The clock drawing test for dementia
1:17 Evaluating clock drawing test results
    1:57 What causes dementia?
2:39 Preventing cognitive decline and reversing dementia
4:40 Reversing early dementia signs with ketones

Memory loss is not the only early sign of dementia! Other common cognitive decline symptoms involve the speed at which you process information and your attention and focus.

To perform the clock drawing test for dementia, set a timer for 30 seconds and draw a clock with the time set at 10 minutes after 11.

To evaluate your results for any dementia risk factors, examine the following:
•Were any numbers jumbled or missing?
•Did you write all 12 numbers?
    •Were the numbers spaced correctly?
•Were the hands of the clock facing the right direction?
•Did you reverse the hour and the minute hands?
•Were you unable to complete this in 30 seconds?

The clock drawing test is one of the most sensitive indicators of early cognitive deficits and is considered more accurate than memory tests.

If you didn’t pass this test or you made a mistake, don’t worry! You can do many things to support brain health and prevent or reverse dementia.

Sugar shrinks your brain, especially the hippocampus, which controls memory. Chronic stress and poor sleep can also contribute to the problem.

If you notice any signs of early dementia, increasing BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor) is vital. BDNF helps grow brain tissue and prevents cognitive problems, as well as other issues like depression.

Here are the best ways to increase BDNF:
    •Intermittent fasting
    •Cold therapy
    •Deep sleep
    •Learning difficult tasks or skills
    •High-intensity interval training

Ketones can also help reverse dementia and protect your brain against cognitive decline. A low-carb diet can increase ketones and has even been shown to reverse diabetes in 10 weeks!

MCT oil, coconut oil, and ketone supplements can also provide the brain with ketones. To remain in ketosis, only consume a moderate amount of protein!

  • Do You Have a Cortisol Face?

Are you struggling with a round, puffy face—even though your diet hasn’t changed? It might not be what you're eating… it could be your stress hormones.

When your body produces too much cortisol, it starts to break down muscle from your legs and butt, turning it into fat around your belly and face. This leads to the classic “Cortisol Face” – a bloated, swollen face caused by chronic stress, not overeating.

  • Your Skin Is WARNING You (Don’t Ignore This!)

Stop treating skin issues with lotions, creams, and medications and start focusing on the gut-skin connection! In this video, I’ll show you how 5 common gut problems can manifest as skin rashes and other skin issues.

0:00 Introduction: 5 skin signs of colon health
    0:20 Altered microbiome
0:53 Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO)
    1:24 Gut inflammation
3:20 Gallbladder problems and skin issues
4:30 How to improve gut and skin health
    5:18 Probiotics for skin health

How to Make L. Reuteri Yogurt: https://drbrg.co/3GyeB3J

These 5 colon issues and gut problems can wreak havoc on your skin’s health!

    1. An altered microbiome means your gut contains more bad bacteria than healthy gut microbes. It’s often caused by diet or antibiotics. An altered gut microbiome can cause inflammation that can become systemic, leading to rosacea.

    2. SIBO is a condition where gut microbes are in the wrong place. Most microbes should be in the large intestine, not the small intestine. SIBO can lead to nutritional deficiencies, inflammation, arthritis, and rosacea.

    3. Gut inflammation symptoms include pain, tightness, or bloating. Gut inflammation is typically caused by diet, with gluten being one of the most common culprits. The more gut inflammation you have, the less you can absorb zinc. Zinc deficiencies are one of the most common causes of skin rashes. The carnivore diet is very beneficial for people with gut inflammation.

    4. If you have chronic gut inflammation, you may lose your gut villi over time. This can diminish nutrient absorption, especially the absorption of vitamin D. Many autoimmune skin issues are directly related to low vitamin D. You can increase vitamin D with supplements, sun exposure, and certain types of light therapy.

    5. If you’ve had your gallbladder removed or you have low bile, you may develop skin issues. Without enough bile, you won’t be able to break down and digest the fat-soluble vitamins, especially vitamin A. To increase vitamin A, consume beef liver or cod liver oil.

Ox bile, purified bile salts, or TUDCA can help if you have a sluggish gallbladder or have had your gallbladder removed.

To improve gut and skin health, take a good probiotic and consume fermented foods like sauerkraut, kimchi, raw milk cheese, yogurt, and raw salad from the garden. The carnivore diet can significantly improve gut health, reduce skin issues, and improve autoimmune conditions.

If you have SIBO, do intermittent fasting and OMAD. Try acidifying the stomach with betaine hydrochloride or apple cider vinegar.

You can make your own L. reuteri probiotic mixture to improve your gut and skin health significantly. L. reuteri can live in the small and large intestine and has multiple benefits, including improved digestion and the improvement of skin issues like acne.

  • This FORCES You Into FAT BURNING

Find out how to lower blood sugar if you fall off the wagon and consume too many carbs. In this quick video, I’m going to share natural ways to lower blood sugar and get into fat-burning FAST!

0:00 Introduction: How to lower blood sugar quickly
    0:12 High-intensity interval training
0:44 Apple cider vinegar to control blood sugar naturally
1:13 Supplements for natural blood sugar support
2:27 Post-meal walk to lower blood sugar
    2:55 Potassium and magnesium
    3:43 Ketone supplements
    4:23 Salt water
4:57 The best way to reverse high blood sugar

    1. High-intensity interval training (HIIT)
Just a few minutes of high-intensity exercise with lots of rest can quickly deplete excess sugar in your blood. Try doing exercises such as burpees, plyometrics, or a spin bike.

    2. Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid, which can slow down a blood sugar spike after consuming sugar. Combine one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with 8 ounces of water and drink this after a high-carb meal.

    3. Berberine, NAC, and other supplements
Berberine is considered a natural Metformin without the side effects. You can pair berberine with NAC or alpha lipoic acid for more natural blood sugar support. Excess carbs deplete vitamin B1, so if you have a cheat meal or fall off the wagon with carbohydrates, increase vitamin B1.

    4. Post-meal walk
A 25 to 30-minute post-meal walk can help burn off excess sugar so that it is not converted into cholesterol or stored as fat.

    5. Potassium and magnesium
Potassium is necessary for glucose storage in the liver and the muscles. It also helps move glucose into your cells. Magnesium is critical for the cells that produce insulin. Nearly every diabetic is deficient in magnesium!

    6. Ketone supplements
Providing the brain with ketones supports healthy blood sugar in the brain, which can improve cognitive function and decrease brain fog.

    7. Saltwater
Sodium helps prevent stress-induced blood sugar spikes. Adding more salt to your last meal or adding it to a glass of water can improve sleep and calm your mood.

Dry fasting can lower blood sugar faster than anything else! Dry fasting means you’re not drinking water or eating food. When you’re dry fasting, your body increases the hormone glucagon, which helps to lower blood sugar. Growth hormone and antioxidants also increase, and your body quickly switches to fat-burning.

  • The FASTEST Way to Lose Cellulite

The best exercise for cellulite does not require hours in the gym! Find out how to get rid of cellulite with the best cellulite-burning exercise. Tone legs and reduce cellulite naturally and effectively with this cellulite workout.

0:00 Introduction: How to get rid of cellulite on thighs and buttocks
    0:24 What is cellulite?
1:56 Green coffee bean oil to reduce cellulite
    2:13 Does exercise help cellulite?
    2:42 Cellulite exercises
3:58 The best exercise for cellulite

Cellulite is a disruption of the connective tissue and fascia under your skin. Cellulite typically occurs only on the thighs and buttocks and doesn’t occur on the stomach, arms, or breast tissue.

An enzyme involved in menstruation is often responsible for this disruption in collagen. If you only focus on losing weight without rebuilding the collagen in your legs, you will still have cellulite!

Consuming collagen will provide the raw materials, but will not correct the problem. To reduce cellulite, you must restore the connective tissue. Green coffee bean oil, which is often formulated with retinol, collagen, and green tea extract, can help reduce cellulite.

The connective tissue responsible for cellulite formation is highly responsive to mechanical stress. The best exercise for cellulite is intense, so it’s important to gradually ease into it with lower impact cellulite exercises.

These cellulite exercises stimulate new layers of connective tissue to tone legs and reduce cellulite. Slow squats and step-down lunges are two of the best leg and glute workouts for reducing cellulite. You can also perform box jumps or jump rope, depending on your fitness level.

The best exercise for cellulite also burns subcutaneous and visceral fat. To start, look for a hill that’s a bit uneven. Start by walking up the hill and finish by sprinting uphill for about ten to twenty seconds. Uphill sprinting significantly stimulates new connective tissue because it requires intense stabilization from your body.

It takes time to get rid of cellulite because your body needs time to regrow collagen and connective tissue. To see results, expect to perform these cellulite exercises for six months to a year.

  • 3 BEST Supplements to Build Muscle (FAST)

What’s the fastest way to gain muscle? Exercise is the most potent stimulus for muscle-building, but these 3 supplements can significantly enhance the effects. Add these 3 muscle-building supplements to your regimen to build muscle fast!

0:00 Introduction: The best supplements for muscle growth
0:28 Amino acids for muscle growth
    0:53 Barriers to muscle growth
    1:20 Overtraining
    2:20 Creatine for muscle growth
3:26 The best foods for muscle-building
    4:29 Genetic barriers to muscle-building

Today, we’re going to talk about the best supplements to build muscle fast! Don’t bother taking single amino acids for muscle growth! Double-blinded studies have shown this isn't an effective way to build muscle or increase muscle growth. Amino acids can also turn into sugar, which can increase your blood sugar.

Avoid tribulus and fenugreek if you are building muscle. These compounds can increase testosterone, but not enough to build muscle.

As we age, testosterone decreases and cortisol increases. This combination can hinder muscle building. Overtraining can also significantly increase cortisol and shut down testosterone. Cholesterol is vital for essential hormones like testosterone, so avoid low-cholesterol and low-fat diets if you want to build muscle.

Insulin resistance can hinder muscle growth. Insulin resistance is often caused by frequent eating and high-carbohydrate diets.

Sleep is vital for muscle building because most muscle growth occurs while sleeping! Magnesium glycinate can help you sleep and also helps make energy to feed your muscles.

Try these top 3 muscle-building supplements to boost muscle growth and increase muscle size.

    1. Creatine monohydrate
Creatine is found naturally in red meat. It increases ATP, performance, energy during workouts, and hydration, and directly increases muscle stimulus.

    2. Whey protein
Whey protein powder provides leucine, which stimulates muscle growth. It also contains the other amino acids vital for muscle building.

    3. Zinc
Zinc helps increase testosterone, and even a mild zinc deficiency can decrease testosterone production. Testosterone is vital for building muscle size and strength.

If you want to build muscle, consume grass-fed red meat. It contains creatine, amino acids, zinc, vitamin B12, and carnosine. It also contains healthy fat and cholesterol to help boost testosterone. Eggs and fish also support muscle-building.

  • What If You Used Rice Water for 14 Days?

To make fermented rice water for your face, combine 2 cups of organic rice with 4 cups of water.

Massage the rice, then drain and discard the water.

Add 2 cups of fresh water to the rinsed rice and let it sit at room temperature for 24–48 hours.

Strain the liquid into a glass jar and cover loosely.

Once fermented, seal with a lid and refrigerate to slow bacterial growth.

Before use, dilute 1:1 with clean water if you have sensitive skin.

Splash or spray on your face, let sit for 5 minutes, then rinse.

Use 1–2 times per week. Always patch test before full application.
