  • Sugar vs. Cocaine: Which Is Worse for Your Brain?

Did you know you can eliminate brain fog and improve cognitive function if you quit sugar? Discover the surprising connection between sugar and brain health and the amazing benefits of cutting out sugar.

0:00 Introduction: The effects of sugar on the brain

Sugar creates similar effects to cocaine and heroin in certain parts of the brain. In one study, if given a choice, a lab rat will go after sugar instead of cocaine!

Sugar can alter your hormones and put you in a state of anxiety. It can even cause a mild form of dementia, leading to forgetfulness and memory loss. Sugar affects the hippocampus, which controls memory.

The brain can run on glucose, but too much glucose can eventually hinder absorption. You only need one teaspoon of sugar in your blood at one time, but people consume much more than that!

Excess sugar is stored as fat. Over time, high sugar consumption can lead to insulin resistance, depriving the brain cells of the energy they need. People often consume way more sugar than they know in beverages like juice or due to hidden sugar in the form of starch.

A low-carb diet creates the most benefits for your health. It can reverse diabetes in 10 weeks! You’re no longer feeding your brain glucose when you're on a low-carb diet. A low-carb diet forces the body to mobilize ketones to feed your brain. Once you quit sugar, you’ll notice an improved mood, better concentration and attention, a better ability to learn, improved memory, and brain fog will be gone.

Cutting carbs and quitting sugar will leave many people hungry, unsatisfied, and craving certain foods. The solution is to increase protein! Sufficient protein and fat can help eliminate cravings and decrease the desire to snack. There are also plenty of healthy substitutions that can make it easier to quit sugar.

You do not need to consume sugar to maintain healthy blood sugar levels. Your liver can create sugar from other food sources.

What if the worst thing for your skin isn’t what you think? It’s not the sun, not sugar, and it’s not toxins. The real skin destroyer is a common food loaded with omega-6 fatty acids that gets embedded deep into your skin and cell membranes — and stays there for months.

  • The Most Dangerous Sign Of A Copper Deficiency

Most people miss this ONE dangerous sign of a copper deficiency—and it has nothing to do with grey hair, cold hands, cold feet, or collagen loss. Copper is a critical trace mineral that protects your body from the damaging effects of excess iron. When copper levels drop too low, iron can build up in your body and trigger oxidative stress, organ damage, and even neurological issues.

Apply these healthy habits today for your best health yet!

    1. Only eat when you’re hungry.

    2. Only drink when you’re thirsty.
Over-consuming liquid dilutes electrolytes, especially sodium, which can cause dehydration.

    3. Carbonated water is more hydrating.

    4. Find the diet that works best for you.

    5. Practice intermittent fasting.
Intermittent fasting allows your body to recycle damaged proteins, create new tissues, clean up pathogens, and eliminate bacteria, viruses, and mold.

    6. Stop snacking between meals.
Snacking keeps insulin high. Stopping snacking can significantly improve your health, even if you don’t change your diet.

    7. Lower your carb intake.
The most important thing to look at when reading a label is the carbohydrates. You should consume no more than 30 grams of carbohydrates per day.

    8. Request a fasting insulin test.
A fasting insulin test can help you prevent diabetes before it becomes a problem.

    9. Test your vitamin D levels.
You need at least 10,000 to 20,000 IU of vitamin D per day. Magnesium is vital for proper vitamin D function.

    10. Get plenty of potassium.
You need 4700 mg of potassium per day. Potassium calms the nervous system, lowers blood pressure, and increases energy.

    11. Avoid synthetic vitamins and look for high-quality, nutrient-dense supplements.

    12. Red meat is the most nutrient-dense protein, vital for health and well-being, energy levels, and healthy blood sugars.

    13. Counter past antibiotic use with a homemade probiotic mixture to help restore your gut microbiota.

    14. Overtraining can deplete your testosterone. Rest is vital to achieve muscle growth and to keep your hormones balanced.

    15. Take vitamin B1 if you stray from your healthy diet.

    16. Choose a natural source like beef liver or liver supplements if you need more iron.

    17. Focus on exercise for age-related atrophy.

    18. Take 50,000 to 100,000 IU of vitamin D before surgery.

    19. Invest in a good water filter to remove forever chemicals from your drinking water.

  • #1 Best Food to Unclog Arteries

Find out about the #1 best food in the world to help unclog arteries and prevent a heart attack or a stroke. This food works to clean arteries naturally and doesn’t come with negative side effects. Find out how to clean your arteries and improve your cardiovascular health with this one food today!

0:00 Introduction: The best food for clogged arteries
0:10 Aspirin to prevent heart disease
0:56 Blocked arteries and heart attacks
2:11 How to clean arteries naturally with EPA
    2:50 EPA benefits
4:30 The best food for clogged arteries
    5:03 Vitamin D benefits

    DATA:
    https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7308541/
    https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2589537021002777

Aspirin helps prevent heart attacks by thinning the blood and reducing clot formation. A blood clot causes 80% of all heart attacks and strokes.

While Aspirin has helped people, it does come with side effects and may not be for everyone.

Surprisingly, 50% of all heart attacks occur between 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., likely due to higher levels of cortisol in the morning. Both cortisol and adrenaline can increase clotting.

EPA, an omega-3 fatty acid, acts as a natural blood thinner without the negative side effects. Research has shown that EPA can thin the blood comparably to low-dose Aspirin. EPA can stabilize vulnerable arterial plaquing by decreasing inflammation.

One 2019 study found that people who consumed EPA experienced a significant decrease in plaquing, decreased inflammation, and decreased cardiovascular events. It can also positively affect your mood by reducing cortisol and adrenaline.

EPA helps prevent blocked arteries by making your platelets less sticky. Salmon, mackerel, fatty fish, and fish oil contain EPA, but there’s a better source!

Cod liver oil or cod liver is the best food to unclog your arteries naturally. Along with EPA, cod liver oil contains vitamins A and D. The active form of vitamin A, retinol, helps to repair the body’s internal tissues. It’s also a potent anti-inflammatory and can help decrease atherosclerotic plaquing.

In one study, out of 1000 compounds, vitamin D was the most effective at preventing damage to the internal layer of the arteries. Vitamin D increases nitric oxide and the stiffness of the arteries. It’s a potent anti-inflammatory, stabilizes plaque, prevents rupture, and decreases arterial calcification.

  • How To Lose Weight WITHOUT Dieting

Can you lose weight without dieting? In this video, I’ll share some weight loss tips that actually work and uncover the truth about weight loss without dietary changes.

ESSENTIAL DEFINITIONS FOR HEALTHY LIVING DOWNLOAD HERE: https://drbrg.co/4cHO7ZK

0:00 Introduction: How to lose weight without dieting
    0:10 Exercise for weight loss
0:51 Ice baths for weight loss
2:55 Can you lose weight without diet changes?
    3:45 Fat-burning tips
4:13 Reducing insulin to lose weight
4:48 Weight loss on the carnivore diet
5:09 Intermittent fasting and weight loss
    6:00 Carbohydrates and fat-burning

It's very difficult to lose even one pound of body fat without changing your diet. If you eat junk food, you’ll have to burn even more calories to burn extra fat. Weight loss is 15% exercise and 85% diet!

You have to change your diet if you want to lose weight. There’s no way around it! Exercise improves fitness, muscle tone, and health, but it is not the key to weight loss and certainly won’t help you lose weight fast.

If you want to lose fat and not just water weight, you have to keep insulin low. Decreasing insulin will also decrease your appetite and cravings. To reduce insulin, you must go on a low-carb diet!

The carnivore diet involves eliminating all carbohydrates and eating meat, eggs, fish, and cheese. This simple diet can help you lose weight fast!

Intermittent fasting is the key to fat loss. It can also help with other health problems, such as inflammation, high blood pressure, diabetes, and depression.

Remember, carbs block fat burning. You can lose weight without changing your diet, but it won't be much!

Add one to two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with a pinch of cinnamon to a glass of water for the perfect blood sugar-balancing drink.

    2. Chamomile tea
Chamomile tea lowers cortisol and stabilizes blood sugar by directly supporting the cells in the pancreas.

    3. Golden milk
Combine turmeric and ginger with milk to make a delicious blood sugar-balancing latte.

    4. Aloe vera juice
Aloe vera is known to help with digestion and ulcers and can be applied topically to wounds, but it also potently affects the cells that make insulin.

    5. Berberine tea
This herb is close in effectiveness to Metformin, just without the side effects!

    6. Electrolyte drinks (without sugar)
Potassium and magnesium are vital for healthy blood sugar levels. Magnesium can significantly decrease cortisol, while potassium can reduce blood sugar and is essential for glucose storage in the liver and the muscles. Most people are not getting enough potassium!

    7. Salt in water
Sodium is an important electrolyte that helps reduce blood sugar and cortisol. Add it to water or your electrolyte drinks to help increase hydration. It also supports the adrenal glands, nerves, and muscles.
