  • BETTER Than Ozempic! Lose Belly Fat Faster

Find out how to lose visceral fat by avoiding the 6 foods that prevent belly fat loss. In this video, I’m going to tell you what NOT to eat to lose belly fat. Avoid these foods if you want a flat stomach!

0:00 Introduction: How to lose belly fat fast
0:21 6 foods that prevent belly fat loss
3:21 Atkins products to reduce belly fat
    7:13 Avoid these foods!

Visceral fat surrounds the organs and keeps your body in a state of inflammation, preventing fat loss. Avoid these 6 foods that prevent fat loss.

    1. Low-fat yogurt
Low-fat yogurt is typically high in sugar and often contains industrial food starches like modified food starch, modified corn starch, or maltodextrin. Starch is not sweet, so people consume much more than sugar. It’s higher on the glycemic index than sugar and is used to add bulk to a product.

    2. Processed meat
Hot dogs contain industrial sugars such as corn syrup that will spike blood sugar. Adding sugar to meat creates advanced glycated proteins. Organic grass-fed beef hot dogs are a good option!

    3. Atkins products
These products are marketed as low-carb and keto-friendly but contain very low-quality ingredients such as soy protein isolates, seed oils, GMOs, and synthetic fibers. These can cause bloating and diarrhea and also prevent fat loss.

    5. Juice
Many products marketed as “juice” often only contain minimal amounts of fruit juice and have high amounts of sweeteners, such as high-fructose corn syrup. Juice from concentrate is devoid of nutrients. Fructose found in fruit juice can only be broken down by the liver, which can contribute more to a fatty liver than glucose.

    6. Agave nectar
This sweetener seems healthy but is very high in fructose, which is hard on the liver. Coconut sugar and honey are better options but should be avoided when focusing on fat loss.

    7. Mayonnaise
Processed mayo is mainly composed of soy oil. This type of fat is stored in the fat cells and isn’t burned by the body as quickly as saturated fat. Seed oils like soy oil may be at the root of chronic disease.

  • DON'T GET SURGERY Unless You Do This First

Preoperative vitamin D supplementation can be life-saving! Find out about the amazing benefits of vitamin D for surgery and why you don’t want to go into surgery if you might have a vitamin D deficiency.

Check out Dr. Berg Vitamin B12: 🛒https://drbrg.co/3DQQo7C

0:00 Introduction: Vitamin D and surgery
    0:42 Vitamin D benefits
1:35 Vitamin D and surgical outcomes
    1:57 Vitamin B12
2:36 Vitamin D and postoperative infections
3:25 Vitamin D benefits after surgery

    DATA:
    https://hlahore.substack.com/p/vitamin-d-is-needed-before-many-surgeries

Surgeries come with risks, which include death. Surgery can significantly lower your vitamin D, so if you have surgery and you’re deficient, you could be putting yourself at risk.

If you’re low in vitamin D, your blood pressure can go up. Vitamin D is one of the best remedies for high blood pressure because it increases nitric oxide, which helps vasodilation in the arteries.

Vitamin D supports your immune system, helps prevent infection, and reduces inflammation. It also helps reduce cardiovascular complications after surgery. Some people take 100,000 to 300,000 IU of vitamin D before surgery!

If you don’t have enough vitamin D, your muscles can weaken, which increases your risk of falling after surgery. Post-operative inflammatory indicators increase by 200% if you’re low in vitamin D.

Vitamin D can increase antimicrobial peptides by 4000%! This compound helps your immune system kill microbes and dramatically reduces the risk of postoperative infection.

Sufficient vitamin D cuts the risk of surgical complications in half. One study found that half of atrial fibrillation was reduced with enough vitamin D. Vitamin D is especially important for open-heart surgery, thyroid removal, and cancer removal.

Surgery puts significant stress on your adrenal glands. If you’re low in vitamin D, cortisol can spike 4x after surgery, slowing healing and increasing inflammation.

If you’re low in vitamin D, you’re 8 times more likely to have cognitive dysfunction after surgery. Vitamin D can reduce the risk of rejection during an organ transplant and is associated with fewer complications with ventilators after surgery.

If you take vitamin D before surgery, you can expect shorter hospital stays and faster healing rates. If you only take high doses of vitamin D for 3 days before surgery, you don’t need to worry about any toxic effects.

  • THIS Pill Causes Dementia!!!

Drug interactions can cause more complex side effects than the side effects of a single drug, and can even contribute to dementia. Join me as I interview Hal Cranmer, owner of several assisted living homes, and Dr. Roshani Sanghani, board-certified endocrinologist, to discuss the side effects of multiple medications.

0:00 Introduction: Drugs that trigger dementia
    1:51 Welcome, Hal Cranmer!
    2:44 Hal’s dietary protocol
    6:32 Adverse drug reactions
    6:49 Welcome, Dr. Roshani Sanghani!
11:00 Common side effects of medication
    12:37 What causes chronic disease?

    Assisted Living Home:
    https://aparadiseforparents.com/

    Epocrates:
    https://www.epocrates.com/

Taking the following drugs for an extended period of time may potentially increase your risk for dementia.

    1. Drugs that block acetylcholine
This includes Benadryl, certain drugs for depression, and drugs that treat overactive bladder.

    2. Benzodiazepine
Drugs such as Valium and Xanax treat anxiety, insomnia, and seizures, affecting the central nervous system and brain.

    3. PPIs
Proton pump inhibitors, such as Prilosec and Nexium, that treat indigestion and heartburn may increase the risk of cognitive decline.

    4. Opioids
Morphine, oxycodone, and other opioids that sedate the brain significantly affect cognitive function and may lead to dementia.

Hal Cranmer owns several assisted living homes and sees first-hand the consequences of giving someone several drugs at once. Many residents in assisted living homes are on 20 to 30 medications.

In Hal’s facilities, he focuses on providing his residents with a healthy diet and eliminating sugar and ultra-processed foods. Many of Hal’s residents have been able to get off their medication.

Multiple medications often involve multiple doctors with multiple viewpoints. Each doctor focuses only on specific parts and functions of the body rather than the body as a whole.

Adverse drug reactions are unexpected side effects directly caused by drugs. Around 90% are underreported. Adverse drug reactions are responsible for 10% of all hospital visits and are the 4th leading cause of death.

Dr. Roshani Sanghani, a board-certified endocrinologist, uses epocrates.com to help keep track of drug interactions. She points out the problem of specialists focusing on and prescribing treatment for one body part and not considering the patients’ other medications.

The biggest contributor to chronic disease is diet. Medications are often prescribed to treat the symptoms caused by consuming ultra-processed foods. A healthy diet can turn this cycle around.

  • How Big Pharma Profits from Keeping You Sick

Would you believe me if I told you that we could end chronic disease in 10 weeks? Watch this fascinating interview with best-selling author Nina Teicholz, Ph.D., who has been researching the dietary guidelines for over 2 decades.

SUBSCRIBE TO NINA'S SUBSTACK HERE: https://unsettledscience.substack.com/subscribe

    0:00 Welcome, Nina Teicholz!
0:39 The solution to chronic disease
3:40 The ketogenic diet in modern medicine
    6:14 Ketosis explained
    7:40 The dietary guidelines
    9:22 Chemicals and food additives
    10:23 Sugar vs. starch
11:22 The best way to reverse chronic disease
    12:45 Preventative tests

Please join me in welcoming Nina Teicholz! Nina explains that a low-carb ketogenic diet is the best way to support disease reversal.

There are over 100 clinical trials supporting that type 2 diabetes can be reversed in as little as 10 weeks. Hypertension, cardiovascular risk factors, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and other chronic diseases can potentially also be reversed with dietary changes.

The reversal rate of type 2 diabetes with the standard of care from doctors is 0.1%. In clinical trials with patients following a keto diet, the reversal rate is more than 50%!

Insulin manufacturers and other drug companies primarily fund the American Heart Association and American Diabetes Association, so they are subject to direct conflicts of interest. Doctors have been taught to recommend low-fat diets, and there are countless baseless claims that keto is dangerous.

Dietary guidelines significantly influence most Americans. By law, all federal food programs are required to follow these guidelines. Health professionals also use them as the gold standard in nutrition. However, many conflicts of interest are involved in these guidelines, including ties to both Big Food and Big Pharma.

Giving accurate dietary guidelines to the American public is the best way to combat chronic disease.

To get into a healthy state of ketosis, you should eat eggs, dairy, meat, shellfish, vegetables, and low-sugar fruits. Carbohydrates trigger hunger. Without glucose, your body can access your fat stores for energy between meals.

  • Most Dangerous Food For Your Liver

Did you know that the most harmful food for your liver isn’t sugar, processed meat, or even saturated fat? It’s highly processed seed oils—packed with toxic hexane residues, rancid oxidized fats, and unstable unsaturated fatty acids that can literally rust out your organs over time! The more you cook with them, the more they oxidize, creating dangerous compounds that damage your liver, trigger inflammation, and accelerate aging.

  • This One Video Could Save MILLIONS of Lives!

Do you have vertical ridges on your fingernails? Don’t treat the symptom without determining the root cause! In this video, we’ll discuss some potential causes of nail ridges to help you address the problem instead of covering it up.

0:00 Introduction: What causes ridges on nails?
    0:45 Iron deficiency symptoms
    1:58 Zinc deficiency symptoms
    3:08 Biotin deficiency symptoms
4:05 Addressing nutrient deficiencies to fix vertical lines on nails

Vertical ridges on nails are typically caused by one of 3 nutrient deficiencies:
    1. Iron deficiency
    2. Zinc deficiency
    3. Biotin deficiency

To determine which nutrient deficiency is causing the vertical ridges on your nails, first, look at your other symptoms. If you have an iron deficiency, you may also experience heavy menstruation and symptoms of anemia.

Some people have a genetic problem that causes too much iron. Even with too much iron, you can become anemic because the iron in your body is dysfunctional. Liver problems and blood tests pinpointing a problem with iron could mean your nail ridges are caused by an iron deficiency.

Cravings for ice or dirt and feeling cold with cold feet and hands can also signify iron deficiency.

If zinc deficiency is behind your nail ridges, you may notice frequent illnesses, or it may take you a while to recover after getting sick. Other zinc deficiency symptoms include:
    •Low testosterone
    •Libido issues
    •Erectile dysfunction
    •Loss of muscle mass
    •Night blindness
    •Alopecia
    •Inflammation of the skin

Most of your biotin is made by your microbes, so a history of antibiotic use can contribute to biotin deficiency. Biotin deficiency symptoms include brittle hair, thin nails, neurological problems, and peripheral neuropathy.

Biotin, zinc, and iron control collagen. A deficiency in either of these nutrients can cause vertical lines on the nails. Once you identify which nutrient you are most likely deficient in, you can increase your intake of certain foods or supplements to fix the problem.

Grass-fed liver pills or spleen extract pills are the best option for an iron deficiency. To increase zinc, consume more shellfish, oysters, and grass-fed beef. If you choose to take a supplement for zinc, take 50 grams in a blend with other trace minerals, including copper.

If you have a biotin deficiency, try increasing your biotin with a supplement. Take a good probiotic to support gut health, which will naturally help increase biotin.
