  • If You Sit All Day, THIS Is Collapsing Inside You

Find out why I stretch every single day! In this video, we’ll discuss the amazing benefits of stretching, and I’ll show you some simple stretching exercises to add to your daily stretching routine.

Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food)

0:00 Introduction: The benefits of stretching every day

    0:17 Fascia explained
2:17 The biggest problem with muscle fascia
3:34 Stretching exercises for fascial release and flexibility
    7:03 Stretching for flexibility

Today, we’re going to talk about the benefits of stretching every day. A simple stretching workout can provide the following benefits:

    •Improved sleep
    •Decreased inflammation
    •Decreased pain
    •Counters past injuries
    •Calms the nervous system

Many people think their muscles are tight when it’s really the fascia! Your fascia is like a wetsuit that surrounds the entire body.

Helene Langevin of the National Institutes of Health discovered through acupuncture that when a needle is inserted into the skin, collagen fibers of the fascia begin winding around the needle!

When you injure your fascia, you develop scar tissue, which can interfere with movement. Healthy fascia should be dynamic, movable, flexible, and even has electrical properties! Unhealthy or injured fascia develops a disorganized pattern of connective tissue. Stretching at home daily keeps your fascia healthy.

Tight muscles and tissues that cause bad posture are one of the biggest problems you can have with your fascia. The more you can elongate your connective tissue, the better it will be for your fascia.

A good daily stretching routine is one of the best ways to prevent stiffness associated with aging.

Follow along and try this easy stretching routine for healthy fascia, flexibility, and improved posture!

  • Big Pharma Alarmed by Tylenol & Autism Truth

Big Pharma is freaking out about the recent information RFK Jr. has released to the public. Is there a Tylenol and vaccine link to autism? Is this another instance of medical corruption for Big Pharma profits? Find out now!

Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food)

    DATA:

    https://protocolocoimbradrcicerogalli...https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jama...https://hsph.harvard.edu/news/using-a...

0:00 Introduction: Big Pharma scandal, Tylenol, vaccines, and autism

    1:44 Vaccine safety studies
    6:22 Fever remedies
    7:33 New medication for autism
12:52 Vaccine cover-ups and medical corruption

RFK Jr. is being called everything from irresponsible to anti-science for trying to revive “debunked vaccine myths”. Autism rates have skyrocketed from 1 in 100,000 to 1 in 31, so we need to look at everything!

Vaccine safety studies do not compare vaccines to placebos, they compare vaccines to other vaccines!

RFK Jr. did not say that Tylenol causes autism, but that it could be a contributing factor that can influence susceptible people to develop autism. He has raised awareness of this link and has called for further research.

Tylenol is used for fevers, headaches, pain, menstrual cramps, and more. Most people think it doesn't have many side effects, but it’s the leading cause of acute liver failure. Over 80,000 people each year end up in the ER because of too much acetaminophen. Tylenol’s active ingredient depletes glutathione and is found in over 600 medications.

A fever is a natural immune reaction to an infection, and suppressing this can increase the infection’s duration.

There are multiple causes of autism. One involves a genetic component with the MTHFR gene, which weakens your ability to detoxify and increases your risk of a folate deficiency.

Leucovorin is a synthetic folate derivative recommended for some instances of autism. This medication could be beneficial and may provide optimal results if taken with B12, B2, B6, magnesium, and zinc.

One study found that between 56% and 75% of those with autism had a folate deficiency! In another trial, synthetic folate boosted IQs by 25% to 50% compared to the placebo.

Independent research is needed to explore the vaccine link to autism. We can’t simply squash vaccine controversy by claiming the “science is settled.”

  • DON'T DO THIS IF YOU'RE OVER 50!!!

Find out what supplements NOT to take and what supplements to take as you age, especially if you’re over 50.

Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food)

Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon — search Dr. Berg Supplements.

0:00 Introduction: What to take and what not to take as you age
    0:18 Iron supplements
0:30 Side effects of iron supplements
    1:05 Calcium supplements
    1:28 Hypercalcemia
    1:50 Synthetic vitamin A
2:30 What supplements to take as you age

Today, I’m going to tell you about the best and the worst supplements to take as you age.

Let’s start with iron supplements. Our bodies do not have a good way of eliminating excess iron, which can damage the liver. Too much iron can increase your risk of infection and also deplete zinc. Donating blood can help eliminate excess iron.

If you have anemia, the best sources of iron are red meat, liver, grass-fed liver pills, or spleen extract.

Many people consume too much calcium, which can build up in the arteries and kidneys.

Synthetic vitamin A can cause damage to the liver, osteoporosis, and increased intracranial pressure.

Best vitamins to take as you age:
    1. Vitamin C
    2. Vitamin B3
    3. Magnesium
    4. Vitamin D
    5. Vitamin K1
    6. Vitamin K2

While most synthetic vitamins should be avoided, synthetic vitamin C can be beneficial under certain circumstances.

  • The #1 Most Perilous Fat on Earth!

Harmful fats can be incredibly damaging to your health! Find out about the most dangerous fat to remove from your diet immediately and which healthy fats to replace it with. Ditch the unhealthy fats today!

Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food)

    Chapters:

0:00 Introduction: The worst fats for health

    0:19 Unhealthy fats explained
    0:53 Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats
    2:02 What are hydrogenated fats?
    3:11 Saturated fat
3:50 Side effects of unhealthy fats
    8:57 The most dangerous fat
11:48 The benefits of healthy fat

What are the unhealthiest types of fats? Let’s take a look. Saturated fats are very stable and don’t react much to oxygen because they don’t have double bonds.

Fats with double bonds are more unstable and react more readily with oxygen, resulting in increased oxidation. Monounsaturated fats have one double bond, while polyunsaturated fats have many double bonds. More double bonds mean more oxidation.

Avocado and olive oil are monounsaturated fats, so they’re moderately stable. Polyunsaturated fats, such as corn oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, soy oil, canola oil, and cottonseed oil, contain many double bonds, so they’re unstable and prone to significant oxidation. Hydrogenated oils are unsaturated fats that have been chemically turned into saturated fats.

Saturated fats such as lard, tallow, and butter are solid at room temperature and are very stable.

Although they are unsaturated fats, fish oil and cod liver oil have potent anti-inflammatory benefits and omega-3s, but can sometimes be rancid due to their instability. Be careful where you source them!

Heat and light create toxic byproducts in unsaturated fats called aldehydes. These toxic compounds destroy your DNA, lodge in your cell membranes, and damage the insulin receptors on the surface of your cells. They can also make your cells stiff and fragile.

For years, saturated fats have been demonized, and unsaturated fats have been recommended! This has also occurred with other foods, such as red meat and grains.

Check out this comprehensive list, which ranges from the most harmful fats to the healthiest. Number 1 is the most dangerous!

    1. Partially hydrogenated fat

    2. Hydrogenated fat

  • How to Reverse Hair Thinning

What’s really behind age-related hair loss, like male pattern baldness and thinning hair in women? In this video, we’ll address the root causes of hair loss and the best way to reverse hair loss naturally.

Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food)

0:00 Introduction: How to reverse hair loss naturally

    0:47 Hair growth explained
    1:27 Causes of hair loss
4:44 The best way to reverse hair loss
8:28 Natural remedies for hair loss
10:14 Foods that reverse hair loss

Today, I’m going to show you how to reverse hair loss naturally, without damaging side effects. Most hair loss is androgenic, typically resulting in male pattern baldness and thinning hair in women. The hair follicle requires significant oxygen and mitochondria for optimal hair growth.

Testosterone decreases with age in both men and women and is replaced by DHT, a more powerful form of testosterone. Many hair regrowth treatments work by inhibiting DHT.

Too much DHT can decrease hair growth, reduce oxygen, increase inflammation, and increase scar tissue in the hair follicle. Drugs for hair growth that work by lowering DHT can come with side effects like decreased libido and erectile dysfunction.

Beyond age and genetics, the primary driver of DHT is insulin resistance!

To reverse hair loss and stimulate hair regrowth, you must support the environment of the hair follicle. Mechanical scalp stimulation is one of the most overlooked yet effective remedies for hair loss, with microneedling being the most effective method.

Other natural remedies for hair loss include:

    •Red light/NIR light
    •Rosemary oil (natural Rogaine)
•Correcting insulin resistance. This FREE mini course can show you how: https://drbrg.co/4pBHk9O
    •Increase zinc (30-40 mg) and vitamin D (10,000 IU)
•Natural 5 alpha-reductase inhibitors: saw palmetto, pumpkin seed oil, EGCG, peppermint oil, zinc

The best foods that reverse hair loss and support hair regrowth include liver, onions, sauerkraut, and pumpkin seeds.

  • Natural Remedies Big Pharma is Withholding (These Prescription Meds Were Never Intended to Cure You)

Pharma meds were never designed to “fix” you. In this video, we’ll discuss some of the pharmaceutical industry’s secrets, the truth about prescription drugs, and the money-making scheme known as the US healthcare system.

0:00 Introduction: Pharma meds and US healthcare

    0:25 Prescription drugs defined
    5:18 Drugs vs. natural healing
    9:10 Do prescription drugs work?
    13:07 The problem with medicine

In 1938, the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act redefined the word “drug,” giving Big Pharma a monopoly over your body. By this new definition, any natural remedy, such as a plant, herb, or food that helps an ailment in some way, can now be classified as a drug.

In 1900, there were fewer than 200 diseases. There are now over 17,000! This has allowed disease to become a huge, profitable business.

Drug patents are protected and policed by the FDA. This means you can not sell or profit from a natural remedy, even if it’s backed by legitimate research, without FDA approval.

The following 7 natural remedies are not only comparable to prescription medication, but work better based on randomized control studies:

•St. John’s wort has proven better than SSRIs for depression
•Red yeast rice is more effective than statins
•Black cohosh is better than hormone replacement therapy
•Berberine is more effective than Metformin
•Lavender oil is more effective for anxiety than Lorazepam
•Saw palmetto is better than Tamsulosin
    •Wormwood is better than Mesalazine

Although there is credible evidence supporting these natural remedies, you can not claim they cure disease or reduce the risk of disease.

Most drugs work by inhibiting an enzyme, blocking a specific biochemical pathway in the body. This does not address the root problem, hence why you don't come off of prescription drugs, because they're not fixing anything.

When you visit the doctor, they will typically address your symptoms, largely ignoring lifestyle changes that could help. They will not recommend natural remedies because, by definition, they are considered drugs and would have to go through the FDA to be prescribed.
