0:00 Introduction: The best remedy for bloating

0:13 The benefits of activated charcoal
    0:40 Activated charcoal explained
3:25 How to use activated charcoal for bloating
3:35 Learn more about what causes bloating!

Today I’m going to share the #1 remedy for bloating: activated charcoal. Using activated charcoal also happens to be one of the best ways to detox.

Activated charcoal can help with a range of issues, including:

    • Bloating
    • Gas
    • Belching
    • Nausea
    • Diarrhea
    • Headaches
    • Food poisoning
    • Stomach acidity
    • Detox reaction
    • Bad breath

Activated charcoal is different from the charcoal used in a grill. You can find activated charcoal in a health food store, and it’s been used as a natural remedy for a long time. Activated charcoal binds to things like toxins and helps remove them.

It’s important to remember that this remedy for digestive issues like bloating is only helping you with a symptom. It’s helping you in a natural way, which is fantastic, but it’s not getting to the root cause.

There is usually an underlying cause leading to symptoms like bloating. But, while you work to identify the root cause, activated charcoal may be a beneficial natural remedy to use.

Our bodies have evolved to store body fat around the midsection as a survival mechanism. There are 9 times more receptors for fat storage than fat burning in this area. Adrenaline helps activate the fat-burning process, which can help shift the body from storing belly fat to burning it.

High insulin levels can prevent you from losing belly fat. Fasting for 20 hours a day can help lower insulin to your baseline. A HIIT workout during your fast can significantly increase adrenaline to boost belly fat loss. Weight training combined with HIIT can stimulate even more adrenaline.

To reduce visceral fat, it’s critical to lower insulin, which is why 20-hour fasting can be a powerful way to stimulate visceral fat loss.

There are also more cortisol receptors around the midsection than in other areas of the body, so chronic stress could be another reason you’re having trouble losing belly fat. Adequate sleep, sunlight exposure, and avoiding food for three hours before bed are also important for losing belly fat.

If you want to lose belly fat, it’s vital to avoid industrial palm oil, seed oils, sugar, and starches.

  • This Vitamin MISCONCEPTION is Dangerously Unhealthy!

Claims that vitamin E can cause cancer and cardiovascular damage have left many people confused, to say the least. In this video, I’ll explain the difference between tocopherols and tocotrienols and why you may want to check the label on your vitamin E supplements.

Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food)

    0:00 Introduction: Vitamin E explained

    0:29 Tocopherols vs. tocotrienols
    1:06 The benefits of tocotrienols
    3:52 The benefits of tocopherols

In nature, vitamin E exists in a complex. If you’re taking a vitamin E supplement that contains a-tocopherol, this can act as a pro-oxidant rather than an antioxidant, as it is only a fragment of the vitamin E complex.

There are 2 types of vitamin E: tocopherols and tocotrienols. Tocotrienols are far more powerful and have the following potential benefits:
    •Anti-cancer effects
    •Potent anti-inflammatory
    •Increases lifespan in animal studies
    •Neuroprotective
•Similar effects to statins on oxidative LDL
    •Supports cardiovascular health
    •Beneficial for workout recovery
    •Beneficial for age-related cognitive decline
    •Reverses damage from radiation
    •Scar tissue protection
    •Slows progression of liver cirrhosis

Tocopherols do support and protect the cell membranes, and there is more research being done on tocopherols. They are also easier to find in many foods, such as green vegetables, seeds, nuts, olives, and olive oil.

Tocotrienols are more difficult to find in food and may be easier to take as a supplement. They’re found naturally in annatto and red palm oil.

4:16 The history of vitamin D in modern medicine
6:11 Barriers to vitamin D absorption

Today, I’m going to tell you the truth about vitamin D. The current RDA for vitamin D is 600 IU (international units), which is about 1/10 of a milligram. Vitamin D is a controversial topic, probably because it can help so many!

Heliotherapy, or sunbathing, was used in the early 1900s, before vaccines and antibiotics, to help with TB, asthma, osteoporosis, tooth decay, psoriasis, mood issues, diabetes, heart disease, and even cancer.

The government commissioned the University of Illinois Chicago to conduct a study on the toxicity of vitamin D. This study lasted nine years and involved hundreds of doctors, 773 patients, and 63 dogs. They used 200,000-1,000,000 IU of vitamin D, and no toxicity was found.

Dr. Bruce Hollis, a pioneer in vitamin D research, explains that many vitamin D researchers are not receptive to the wealth of data about its benefits.

Data shows that areas close to the equator have the lowest risk of MS, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, and diabetes.

You will need more vitamin D if you have vitamin D resistance, are older, have darker skin, or weigh more.

3:34 Natural alternatives to a hysterectomy
7:08 What you can do after a hysterectomy
    7:53 Learn more about estrogen!

Today, I want to talk about why you should take your time and consider all viewpoints before deciding to get a hysterectomy.

Hysterectomies are the second most common surgery performed on females. But, in my opinion, the majority of hysterectomies are unnecessary.

Potential side effects of a hysterectomy:

    1. Negative changes to your figure
    2. Low back pain
    3. A leaky bladder
    4. Loss of libido
    5. Fluctuating emotions
    6. Fatigue
    7. Increased risk of fractures
    8. Increased risk of all-cause mortality, including coronary heart disease
    9. Increased weight gain

A few main reasons people choose to get a hysterectomy are because they have fibroids, endometriosis, cancer, or heavy cycles. However, there are natural things you can try for some of these issues.

    Alternative things you can try:

    1. Black cohosh
    2. Avoid soy
    3. Avoid dairy
    4. Lower your carb intake
    5. Avoid endocrine disruptors
    6. Consume more cruciferous vegetables
    7. Take vitamin D

If you’ve already had a hysterectomy, you may want to try the above tips and take a product called Utrophin PMG by Standard Process. If you’ve had your ovaries removed, you may also want to take Ovatrophin PMG by Standard Process.

Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food)

0:00 Introduction: 18 signs of nutritional deficiencies

    0:11 Skin tags
    0:46 Itchy private parts

2:36 Bleeding gums and vitamin C deficiency
    3:11 Chronic cough

    1. Although benign, skin tags are common in people with diabetes or pre-diabetes. Reverse diabetes by decreasing carbohydrates and increasing high-quality protein.

    2. Itchy private parts are often caused by fungal overgrowth. Take vitamin D to strengthen your immune system and stop the itching.

    3. Nighttime restlessness is related to vitamin B1 deficiency, typically caused by a high-carb diet.

    4. Tingling or numbness in the toes or bottoms of the feet is a nerve problem. Benfotiamine, taken four times daily, can help correct this problem.

    5. Bleeding gums are related to vitamin C deficiency.

    6. Chronic cough can be caused by a calcium deficiency or acid coming up the esophagus.

    7. Carpal tunnel syndrome is often related to a vitamin B6 deficiency.

    8. Brittle nails are usually caused by a biotin deficiency.

    9. Cold feet and hands signify that you need more iodine.

    10. Early morning problems such as leg cramps, migraines, and chest pain are related to magnesium deficiency. Take magnesium glycinate before bed as a remedy.

    0:20 What is a goiter?
1:03 Foods to avoid for hypothyroidism
4:00 Discover the best foods for hypothyroidism!

Let’s talk about the top foods to avoid if you have a hypothyroid condition.

Goitrogens are things that cause a goiter. A goiter is an enlarged thyroid gland. Goitrogenic foods interfere with certain enzymes and hormones and can lead to a goiter.

    Foods to avoid for hypothyroidism:

    1. Cassava
    2. Lima beans
    3. Sorgum
    4. Sweet potato
    5. Flax seed
    6. Cruciferous vegetables
    7. Millet
    8. Soy products
    9. Onions
    10. Gluten

If you have cruciferous vegetables in very small amounts (less than five ounces), it shouldn’t be a problem.

Cooking, steaming, or fermenting cruciferous vegetables also reduces their goitrogenic effect. Having sea kelp as well may also help.

You would also want to avoid anything that depletes selenium, iodine, iron, and vitamin A.

Good sources of selenium and iodine:

    • Seafood
    • Sea kelp
    • Sea salt

    Good sources of iron:

    • Red meat
    • Animal products

    Good sources of vitamin A:

    • Egg yolks
    • Butter
    • Cod liver oil
    • Beef liver

Today, we’re going to talk about the benefits of fasting. Many people describe feelings of euphoria and bliss after a 3-day fast. Fasting is often done for spiritual or mental benefits, and it’s the only way to achieve deep cleaning in the body. Extended fasting is also a great way to exercise willpower.

One of the most significant risk factors for cancer is age, due to the cumulative damage to your cells. Cancer tends to grow into areas of inflammation and low oxygen, and fasting is one of the most potent ways to reduce inflammation.

Cancer can not live on the ketones that come from fasting. Ketones support your brain and even activate genes that extend your life. Extended fasting may prevent cancer, so aim for a monthly 72-hour fast.

Fasting significantly lowers insulin. Your body can not grow a tumor when insulin is low. To further reduce cancer risk, increase oxygen by going for long walks while fasting. Exercise significantly increases oxygen. Growth hormone also increases while you’re fasting, which helps you burn fat and preserve muscle.

Apply the following fasting tips for the easiest transition and the most fasting benefits:

•Increase fat intake 1 to 2 days before fasting
•Practice intermittent fasting regularly before trying extended fasting
    •Consume plenty of electrolytes
    •Consume sea salt
•Don't break your fast with sweets or carbs
•Try fermented vegetables, eggs, or bone broth to break your fast
•Slowly wake up your digestive system after fasting

If you’re prone to gallstones, you could experience increased bile sludge while fasting. TUDCA keeps bile thin and flowing properly through the ducts. Take 2 TUDCA twice daily.

Don’t do extended fasting if you’re pregnant or lactating!

Is bread keto-friendly? No. Is bread good for you? No. Let’s talk about why.

Consuming bread raises your blood sugar levels and affects the body in many negative ways. Most bread also contains glyphosate, an herbicide that can lead to many health issues.

Another big problem with bread is that it contains gluten. Gluten is a general term for a variety of proteins. These proteins are in certain grains, especially wheat.

Our bodies can’t fully digest gluten, and it’s associated with celiac disease. The great majority of people actually have a genetic problem that causes them to be gluten-intolerant.

However, a lot of people don’t notice any symptoms even though they have a genetic problem with gluten intolerance. This could be because one specific protein that’s part of the gluten complex stimulates a person’s opioid receptors.

This can mask GI symptoms from eating gluten even though the gluten is still damaging your body. Just because you’re not experiencing GI symptoms from gluten doesn’t mean it’s not affecting your body in other ways.

Other gluten side effects can include:

    • Diabetes
    • Hashimoto’s
    • Psoriasis
    • Dermatitis
    • Depression
    • Anxiety
    • Autism
    • ADD
    • Changes in the brain and brain function
    • Heavy or irregular periods
    • Erectile dysfunction

Consider not consuming bread or grains for just one month and see how you feel—I think you’ll notice a huge difference.

In this video, we’re going to talk about a common weed that may help reverse liver damage. This weed may help assist with inflammation of the liver and may even help reverse cirrhosis.

Weeds are actually herbs! This herb was used in Egypt, China, and Rome and has been used for thousands of years. The English folk name for this herb is “piss-a-bed” because it acts as a potent diuretic.

This wild herb has the following incredible potential health benefits:
    • Decreases the accumulation of fat on the liver
    • Suppresses lipid accumulation
    • Decreases glucose levels
    • Decreases insulin
    • Improves insulin resistance
    • Improves HOMA-IR test results
    • Increases flow of bile from the liver
    • Improves digestion and fat-soluble vitamin absorption

The herb we’re talking about is dandelion! You can eat dandelion greens and flowers to get these amazing health benefits. You can try a dandelion salad or incorporate a few dandelions into your greens mix. Dandelion greens can also be roasted or sautéed.
