Meet the guest: Dr. Frank Mitloehner, Professor of Animal Science and Air Quality Specialist at UC Davis, completed his M.S. in Agricultural Engineering at Universität Leipzig and his Ph.D. at Texas Tech University. With over 20 years at UC Davis, he directs the CLEAR Center, focusing on reducing emissions in animal agriculture.
